The breakfast was very well served and with good variety of different choices of food and beverages. We really appreciated the fresh fruit provided each day. The kitchen staff was very friendly and professional maintaining all of the items for consumption. Very clean.

The two ladies at the check in desk were very nice. They told us about several places that we could go see and things to do. Really liked the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room.

Pool was not functional and that was a main reason I rented a room at that hotel.

Opposite to experiences I’ve had in others hotels in Dallas, (home wood suites on Stemmon in the medical district as an example) the staff were so friendly and welcoming, Asia, I hope I’m spelling her name right, was so friendly and welcoming since the first time I called, and she was also checking my friends and I in; as were the other two ladies that were in the front desk later that night and in the morning when we checked out. Thank you so much ladies. You can tell this hotel takes pride in quality customer service. Facilities are so nice and clean, and confortable beds. Over all I feel we got an excellent deal for what we paid.

Nothing, I loved everything about this hotel.

Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was good and employees always restocking and cleaning. Love the waffles on the weekends. Lots of parking and having a shuttle if you don’t have a car. Employees always greet you when you pass by front desk.

The sofa bed we had was completely broken so the first night our son had to sleep on the floor. They did change out the entire sofa bed the next day. The condenser for the ac/heater is in the bedroom so every time it turned on or off it was very noisy. Also, the bathroom door should swing outwards. You have to go all the way to the tub and squeeze to shut the bathroom door. Maybe a pocket door would work better.

Shuttle was super easy and convenient to airport.

Price was just silly high with lots of taxes not quoted in the booking price.

They are under construction. It would have been great to know that prior to making this reservation. The pool was closed unbeknownst to us, we made this reservation with this specific hotel because they had an indoor pool for the kids with 2 bedrooms.
