The pool was nice, kinda small for a bigger motel but it was nice. Service desk gentleman was always nice and spoke when we walked by.

The breakfast. Yes there was a breakfast bar but you had to heat your own food (biscuits, eggs ..etc). Everyone waiting in line to heat their food made the line long and very time consuming. I have never been somewhere where the customer had to heat their own food and no meat for breakfast. We booked there due to it having breakfast but to be honest if I would of known ahead of time that the food was cold and we had to heat it ourself and there was no meat I would of probably found somewhere else. There was a "tip" jar but I didn't feel the need to tip someone that didn't provide a hot meal.

Outside some lights were out and some trash left outside. Had me worried before even walking in.

We enjoyed how late the pool and game oom stayed open. The hotel itself was really nice and big and in a great location. The staff were really nice and helpful. Each flood had from what we could tell had nice vending machines that were affordable. The.check in/out process was quick and simple.

We always check our beds and room before we lay on the bed or put our clothes in the dresser/cabinet. Upon looking we found a dead roach above our bed. The shower was open on one side without a shower curtain. And we were happy that their was breakfast, but upon going to eat you were responsible for warming up your own biscuits, eggs and french toast sticks(all frozen) There was only one microwave with 20 people waiting to use it.

One of the biggest things I loved at this hotel was the view of the Ferris wheel at the island from our balcony! It was also close to everything which was very nice. We just the suite which was nice so the kids had their own room which they loved as well. Room was very spacious and clean. We also loved that the pool area was open until 2am which was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day.

The only negative thing I can think of is maybe having more options for breakfast meat wise and maybe other fruit such as bananas. The options were either cereal, oatmeal or other options that you had to heat up yourself such as eggs or french toast and the french toast was very greasy. We always enjoy the waffles but it would be great if there was bacon or sausage to go with it as well.

The property was conveniently located just off the main strip. Quiet at night and plenty of parking. Our room was clean and well stocked for our family with toiletries. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and the little game room. Staff were friendly. We didn’t try the continental breakfast, but they appeared to have a good selection and the room was packed both days we were there. The lobby was beautifully decorated for fall. We also loved the balcony with seating. The room was huge and tons of room for our family.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a breakfast on the premises.It was nice to be so close to a lot of the places we planned to visit also. Our room had a kitchen which was nice with a microwave to heat up leftovers from places we ate at.

The floor was not clean in the room or the bathroom. Also the breakfast room used foam plates for the microwave. Don't they know that the microwave emits harmful chemicals from foam into the food being heated. That was the worse thing I found. Oh and in the kitchen of our room there was only 1 set of silverware. If 4 people were staying they would have needed more obviously.

King Suite was very nice, roomy and clean. Bed was comfortable. The fireplace was nice but the timer got stuck. Didn’t use it the rest of our stay. Staff was very friendly. No issues checking in. Great location for us. Would stay here again.

Seems like hotels have pillows that aren’t the best. Fireplace timer got stuck, kinda disappointed because I love the fireplace. May need to be checked with maintenance. Not sure if a carbon monoxide detector is located in the room but would recommend with a gas fireplace.

We like the value, the location, and the pool and pool table. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had to leave a day early on Sunday, Jan 19, 2025 due to inclement weather. I asked the front desk if we could have a refund or a credit toward another another night stay and the young lady said she had to ask the person on duty in the morning and they would call us. No one ever called. We would like to get a credit and return for a longer stay.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at park grove very friendly staff has always been clean . We have been coming here off and on for about 20 yrs .

This stay we got a suite because another couple was with us room 616 while the room seemed like it had maybe been cleaned it wasn’t up to your standards there was hair in the bathroom floor , and all the tables where dusty the balcony had lost of spider webs . The room just seemed to need a little extra attention also I don’t know if your aware but the door jam on one of the doors leading to the balcony is broken the outer door will close and lock but it is broken.
