The location, the river, and the fire-pit by the grill and seating area. It’s sooo peaceful. The breakfast is basic BUT still enjoyable. The biscuits are always fresh, the sausage links were decent and the eggs were okay. They also have cereal as an alternative. I am not too picky so it did not bother me that this was the same breakfast served daily. At least its free!!! We love free99.
Poop is expected to be all over the sidewalk area so PAY attention. The ducks and geese poop everywhere. The pool area closes at 11 so it’s normally crowded by the end of the day. I suggest they push it up until at least 12, but still enjoyable minus children running and screaming wildly lol.

The property was lovely and well maintained. It was conveniently located to everything in downtown Pigeon Forge. My daughter loved the indoor pool. I appreciated the free continental breakfast. The room looked small but was actually more spacious than I realized once I saw how much storage space there was for clothes and bags.
My one "dislike" was that the only breakfast meat available every day was sausage. Bacon would have been nice. There are no waffle-makers, so waffles are out of the question. This said, I'm splitting hairs at this point since my stay was really quite lovely.

I have been to Pigeon Forge numerous times since 2021. We have always booked through Booking.com. Our previous hotel experiences have been less than desirable. This hotel, although older was neat/clean, quiet, and convenient to everything. The pool and hot tub were open daily 9 am to 11 pm but they were small and almost always crowded with families/children anytime we were at the hotel. My son did not want to swim with so many people and I don't blame him. My only gripe is there was no in room safe to secure anything. Overall, I would say this was the best place we've stayed at so far. When you think about it, the hotel is for sleeping because you'll be out all day and evening enjoying the area!
The lack of an in room safe.

The front desk employee was okay, he wasn’t entirely welcoming but wasn’t necessarily rude. The room was clean, the ac didn’t really work that well though. We could hear a family through the vents lol, entire conversations. Wasn’t a huge deal though we didn’t really mind. The pool was very very busy with very rude children. I understand kids wanna have fun but it’s a problem when they’re constantly jumping within 1 foot or less of people. They kept splashing us, literally jumping on us, and it was very loud. Again, I know kids are kids but jeez it was ridiculous how the parents were watching them jump on us along with other people. Kids+us+other people kept getting hit by footballs and a basket ball this man and these kids were throwing across the whole pool. The breakfast was good and coffee was fresh. I went down at 6:30am. Overall not too bad but I wish there were adult only hours at the pool and hot tub. We got to use the hot tub for about 6 minutes and it was really nice. Otherwise it was hogged or the kids were taking it over.

The bed & comforter were very comfortable. The kiddie pool was a plus for young kids.
The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. The room was a little snug but not too bad.

Everything was amazing. Pool is clean rooms were clean maid service was amazing. You couldnt ask for more in a room very spacious, 2 closets a dresser, nightstand, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was immaculate! Ac was really cold 🙂
While the breakfast was good, it was exactly the same every day. Eggs, saysage busquit and gravy. Fruit cups cereal and toast and yogurt. Since we were there for 5 nights it was a bit redundant. Counted on not having to pay for breakfast but couldnt do it every day. Too much. The indoor pool was a bit overdone on chlorine. While it seems like a good thing, it was hard to breathe after awhile.

Love the location and set up were great! Love seeing the water and ducks whenever we went outside. Perfect for a weekend getaway. We will probably stay here again
The eating area where breakfast is served needs to be bigger b/c ppl ran out of room and tables, the beds need a memory foam topper or something to make them more comfortable, some of the fridges in the rooms could use an update as well as a comfy chair in the rooms. Breakfast needs a lil more variety also

We stayed there because of its proximity to The Island and it was just as they said "an easy 15 minute walk." We liked the riverview room and enjoyed the riverwalk very much. This place is definetly on the high end of Econo Lodge. It was very well maintaned.
The breakfast was pretty much the same as any other hotel that offers breakfast but the coffee is usually my only requirement and it was good. Also, though they probably can't do much about it, too many unattended children in the pool and hot tub. Okay, that's enough.

Great price. loved the river and geese
Not enough seats for breakfast. it was too chilly to sit outside. We went down twice, couldn’t sit down either time. People were saving tables for others that weren’t even down there yet. Didn’t go back down. Could be a reason we look for a different hotel for next trip
