I had a booking confirmation, but when I arrived there was no record of it. The lady on duty, Kia, took care of it and had me in a room in minutes. The next morning Ashley and Leslie checked into and made sure there was no issue with the reservation. These three ladies were cheerful and friendly. Absolutely excellent service from this hotel. First time staying at this hotel. Absolutely loved it. I would say it is in the style of Ikea. Very clean. Laminated floors, so no dirty carpet. Black out blinds was a great touch. Bed was comfortable and with no light I was able to sleep in. All in all this is my new favorite hotel. Recommend Avid highly.

Clean, modern, no carpet rooms. Nice big TV with a wide variety of channels. I appreciate having a channel guide & a remote that's made for the TV to enable features like CC & timer. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Ample lighting, power & charging outlets. Included breakfast was ok. Nice coffee machines. Staff was available & helpful.

Water pressure was lacking, & it took several minutes to get hot water. I would prefer fresher & better hot breakfast items & a waffle maker, as opposed to microwave breakfast sandwiches, even for a small extra charge. For the last few years we've often chosen to skip included hotel breakfast & go out for breakfast.

It was very clean. The lady working the desk on October 28 was the most helpful person that I have ever had in a hotel. She was very helpful and caring. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. It had real and not powdered eggs. The beds were so comfy.

The light in the bathroom turned out while I was in the shower. Maybe fix the amount of time the light stays on. I understand energy saving, but nice to see while showering. This would not make me not want to go back though.

The stay was seamless, staff was great. They served quality breakfast. The rooms were clean and up to date. Every where in the hotel was clean. It was good proximity to the motorspeedway for the Xtreme Xperience evebt which was our reason for visiting Nashville. It was nice to see that a huge number of staff for the Xtreme Xperience also stayed at this hotel during our visit.

A pool would be nice especially during summer time.

Room layout, shower/toilet room, sink had roomy counter space, A/C kept room comfortable.

Breakfast was a continental breakfast - almost California(oats, cereal, almond milk, fruit, whole counter of coffee options) - no waffle maker or eggs or sausage or bacon. There were prepackaged Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. No ice buckets in the room. I am not a fan of the bathroom light coming on automatically whenever I walked in - I have to urinate many time each night and the nightlight would have been sufficient.

Breakfast was great for a quick grab and go which was what we had to do each morning. Location was convenient as it was directly next to the interstate and several restaurants. Hotel was located away from high-traffic areas so it was easy to commute back and forth.

Hotel floors could have been a little cleaner. Rooms have tile floors, which is nice and I feel much cleaner than carpet, however our room had several hairs in the corners and in the bathroom from previous guests. Could have been vacuumed just a little bit better.

everything was great doing my stay. i stay to myself most of my stay. i couldnt enjoy my stay do to my trucking breakingdown and in the the shop.worrying about the truck being fixed couldnt enjoy the moments i was there.

didnt like that when you need to do laundry. they dont have change to give you for the laundry. washing machine is 3dollars a wash. i drive the big truck allover america. when go to the truckstop to wash.they have the credit card thing on there so you can pay for the wash without worrying about getting change for the wash. im seening alot of hotels are doing this. these hotels dont have change setup for the guess when we need to wash.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and there was always someone at the front desk. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. Plenty of outlets for charging devices.

There was construction going on in the area so I had to drive through gravel and dust. The toilet was way too low and there was no coffee maker or iron in the room.

This hotel is conveniently located right off of the interstate. I checked in late and the process was a bit slow. But my requests for extra pillows and the temperature of the room were accomodated and the staff was very pleasant. This was easily the most comfortable hotel bed Ive ever slept in and come morning, I didnt want to get out of it.

My only negative comment is that I booked this hotel specifically because it offered breakfast but I found the breakfast offerings to be really lackluster.

Night shift blonde at desk was kind and sweet to our toddler and party. Clean for most part, pillows were nice.

They take your payment before you get there even if you select pay at property and don’t offer an reasoning just that it was “probably a mistake” and don’t communicate issues you share with manager (afternoon guy when I called said “oh ya I heard but I forgot to tell my manager”) so we never got follow up why this happened as we originally discussed getting discount once we got there but it was never resolved. Can tell construction was done quickly and won’t hold up long term for them, there was paint on our window on the outside, drywall crumbling in corners, floors bubbling. Red head at front desk was on phone with her boyfriend all morning and acted like she absolutely hated her job and was very distracted.
