My group loved the location and convenience of everything nearby (plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance)! While it wasn't a huge hotel room, the space was well used and doesn't feel overcrowded once you're settled. The mini fridge worked wonderfully (which isn't a common experience I've had even with more costly hotels) and I was really appreciative of that. My A/C unit worked extremely well, and the room and beds were clean!

The ice machine on the second floor was out of order but did not have any sign to indicate this. Which was inconvenient and very saddening after we realized it was out of order. The breakfast offered at the hotel was a bit underwhelming.

The grounds are extremely well manicured and clean. The pool was maintained constantly. The staff and housekeepers were incredibly kind and kept the facilities clean. Staff was constantly on the move. Beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect. Even the guests were kind!

The bathroom door was busted and glued together. I’m assuming you’re waiting on a new door. The main door were incredibly hard to get into until a housekeeper showed me how. Bathtub faucet was a little difficult to gauge. It was really just a couple of things.

Very clean, great location, walking distance to Walmart, Roxy movie theater, and plenty of food spots. The swimming pool was very nice. I loved that they had a little shop for supplies like drinks, medicines, snacks, etc. Very friendly staff and plenty of smoking areas out of the rain. Great parking as well. When I needed anything extra like towels it was provided right away with a smile. I plan to book something again soon.

Did not care for the mini sausage biscuit. Microwave even for 15 sec made a tough sandwich. Room was excellent. Service was excellent. Other guests overwhelmed the facilities, pool, breakfast area with huge number of children. This was no one's fault either those guests or the hotel but none the less, it was inconvienent to rthe other guests (ie. no room in breakfast room and food ran out, swimming pool completely filled with happy kids having a great time (nice to see but inconveinent to other guests, again no one's fault don't blame hotel or those guests), had a great restful expierence during a hardwork project was able to rest and prepare for next days work. Great job!

Clean, comfortable, quiet. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed while we were traveling. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Super quiet in the room and surrounding area, and thats nice since the hotel is near a busy road. Easy check in process. Friendly staff, great coffee! Close to restaurants and shopping and easy access to everything. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hotel in the area.

This is one of my go to hotels when I come to Lebanon. Very nice staff, nice pool, comfy beds, clean rooms and when I make a request they do what they can to accommodate me. Great location as well

Wish the pool were open a few hours later at night. It shuts down at 9 but I've been to this hotel with my kids and grandkids but by the time we get them in bed and can enjoy the pool by ourselves it's already closed

The price was amazing. There was a continental breakfast. The room was clean, and housekeeping was awesome. Great value. Will stay there again if back in that area. The gentleman at the front desk was so very kind. He changed our room from upstairs to down when he saw my 78 year old mother afraid the stairs would be hard for her.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet location. The bed was so comfortable.

My door handle was Bent and the doors were very hard to get open especially on the outside. It took a few hands to open the door because you had to hold the card in front of it, the whole time instead of just sliding it to it open

The room was clean. Quick stay for overnight.

Very small bedroom, not to mention the toilet rocked and the toilet seat swayed. Tried to explain to the man at check out that I had a hard time with steps I have MS, but he insisted that we take the second floor room without an elevator because the step where not steep.

I was extremely pleased with our stay at Ramada In . The rooms were not huge but were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything about this stay was great. Staff was helpful and polite. Check in was extremely easy. I did not see anything about it that was not in order. Would highly recommend and the price was great
