Good location right off the freeway. The room was spacious and having a full kitchen was a nice bonus so I could heat some food for dinner. The breakfast offered cereal, waffles, a bowl and breakfast sandwiches. The Wifi is good for what I need. I didn't use the pool or gym but they looked great. There's plenty of parking.

My room was at the far end of the building, close to the freeway. There was a lot of traffic noise. I slept well, but if traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room near the entrance end of the building.

Hotel was so quiet I actually over slept and miss breakfast but next time I’ll make sure to try it next stay and visit. The hotel atmosphere was so phenomenal I can’t wait to book another visit staff was very respectful and answered all Questions I needed answers for.

I left my brand new tablet in the room I booked once I realized I left it I called and someone said it was in the lost and found which was great news I came back out to get it I didn’t pay attention to the tablet until I got home someone from housekeeping broke my tablet trying to jail break it I was very upset and I’m waiting to talk to the housekeeping manager about it.

The location was good , was close to family. Breakfast was good better than just some cereal and toast. Room size was a nice size and had enough amenities for us.

The pool water could have been a little warmer. Also it snowed while we were there and their walkways and parking lot could have been plowed /shoveled better. It was pretty slick and had to be extra careful not to fall.

Everyone was very kind and friendly!! Exceptional! Clean!! This made our stay!!

Even though this is not the most important part, breakfast was not as expected. The waffle machine and yogurt machine was broken. That meant that not only do they not serve biscuits and gravy, there were no waffles or yogurt. There was no comfort food available after a long drive the night before. The morning we left the hotel, we did not eat breakfast before leaving.

The size of the suite was great. It was similar to a small apartment. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. The kitchen had dishes and a dishwasher. Also, there was a full size refrigerator. There were 2 options for TV viewing, both in the living room area and also, in the bedroom. I had a very pleasant stay.

I didn't have any complaints whatsoever.

We liked the large room that was given to us to make up for the screw-up at the front desk.

When we checked in, the front desk said our reservation did NOT include a walk in shower. I made this reservation 3 months in advance to make sure that we had a walk in shower with a handicapped room, as I did with 2 other reservations, which were BOTH correct. I am sure this was reserved correctly!! Supposedly, we were given a larger room to make up for the problem, including a walk in shower. When we got to the room, we found out it was NOT handicapped. We managed anyway as we were tired and wanted to get in our room.

Easy to locate, good neighborhood, big space for free parking, good simple breakfast. Big room, comfortable and warm. Clean common areas and room/bathroom. A bit pricey compared to other basic hotels but it seems to be in a pricey area so we can understand that. Reception people weren't that pleasant but not rude either - gave out complete info of the hotel facilities so that was helpful.

Room was very comfortable and accommodating. The full kitchen of the Suite was an added bonus. Wish I was there a little longer to enjoy it more. Will target next trip to this area.

A little disappointed when told pool was opened until 11p and returning from dinner, seeing pool was available, only to find the desk clerk closed the pool at 7:30 PM. Not a deal breaker on the stay by any means.

Free breakfast was ample and good quality, various foods, delicious. Toward the end it gets a bit dried out but it's served 6-10 am I think, 7-11 weekends so don't wait till the last minute like I did the first day. The room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed, even a dishwasher, with intricate window coverings to allow light while providing privacy. Free washers and dryers are available 24 hours in the gym.

My only major complaint is the design of the building. Instead of the elevator being in the middle of the structure as on every other building I've ever seen, this long building has its elevator all the way at one end, so it's a heck of a hike, about a city block it seems, to the rooms at the far end of the building as mine was. (The desk clerk warned me, but I wanted the higher floor.) I see no reason for this perverse and inconvenient layout. Also, you're on your own for taking out trash, but they don't tell you that. Staff is thin, room not cleaned during my one week stay.

I paid with booking.com a staff member named CC charged me for a night. Instead of just charging tax and pet fees. CC then told several guests I my personal business. I only received $50 back from CC's error.
