Convenient location. Friendly bar staff.

Clerk at check-in could have been more pleasant...was kind of indifferent to our arrival. We asked for a late check out at 1PM and she set it up. On the next day when we were scheduled to leave she came to our room @ 11 and asked when we were leaving??? Didn't make sense. We left the hotel shortly b4 1PM, yet our billing receipt indicates we departed at 3:02PM...we had an appt at Cleveland Clinic in Beachwood and we were at the location at 1:15!

We missed breakfast because we were on the road by 7am but one day we did get it and it looked great especially having someone making omelets to order! It was a huge and impressive hotel. Lots of grass areas for the dogs. Our room did start to leak the last morning. It was in the doorway between the bedroom and livingroom area. So someone above us must have spilled a lot or something happened to have it leak there. The front desk people were very nice.

Wish breakfast could have been set out a bit earlier.

The whole staff was extremely friendly. Had a small issue, and the manager was very understanding and went above his means to help us. The issue does not stop us from staying again. I love the one on one contact the GM made w/ the guests. I'm truly pleased. However, the rooms could be a little more updated, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The rooms had some fixes that could be done. Everything worked but it was small thats that was noticeable

Clean, nice accommodations, always an amazing hot breakfast, great laundry facilities!

One elevator closest to the door wasn’t working, but the other ones were. It was Saturday night, and the hotel rules were to be quiet by 9:30pm, but there were lots of noisy individuals in the center of the building, so the police were finally called to remove them around 11:00pm, so we didn’t get the restful night we hoped for, since it was the beginning of a week road trip. My husband had to go to our car to get something he had forgotten, and there were 7 police cars there. That was unnerving! But it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. They had a problem and took care of it.

The breakfast was good.

The location was not good. The shower did not work. They did replace the shower head the next day. The mattress was not comfortable at all Not enough staff to accommodate the guest. overall, I would not recommend this hotel/location. James Palmer Hilton Honors #1367422039

The check-in procedure was very easy, the room was clean, and all the amenities were explained to us upon check-in. The complementary breakfast was amazing and the staff was great throughout the entire hotel.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the toilet seat was very low and due to physical limitations. It was hard to navigate that. The bed seem to have a sunken area which may be sleeping experience not the best.

This hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 20 minutes from Cuyahoga Valley National Park, as well as near a lot of big box stores for any travel needs. As with other Embassy Suites the rooms circle a central grand courtyard which the kids thought was cool.

The room was advertised as having a kitchenette. There was a bar sink, a dorm microwave, and mini fridge. Most budget hotels also have a microwave and small fridge without listing it as a “kitchenette”.

Nice happy hour Great breakfast bar with more than most. Treated myself to an omelette made to order. Indoor water feature unique. Room extra large with separate living area. Location perfect next to the Ahuja Medical Center

Not that I didn't like but a suggestion. I happen to find several of us staying at the Embassy Suites and a shuttle to and from the medical center would have been nice.

I liked the ppl/staff at the property most. They made my family and me feel welcome. The ladies Jackie, Char and Whitney were all fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast, Manager’s Special @ 5pm daily, the parking arrangement being easily accessible from our room which was located right outside of the lunchroom on the first floor.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy were the mattresses of both the bed in our room in addition to the let out bed for our kids. The establishment was very neat and clean however, the mattresses feel like they have run their life’s course. If upgrades are not being made to the hotel for new mattresses, I would suggest thicker mattress toppers.

There was a rowdy group of soccer families there. They ran all around and threw stuff over the railings and yelled a lot. I did not see one staff member ask them to act properly, let alone their parents. either way it was pretty obnoxious and just one of those random things that happens.
