The indoor pool was out of service.

The mattress was great. On the other hand the pillows weren't so good they start.iff fine then by the middle.if.your sleep. My neck was hurting and had to keep adjusting my pillow l. That was a bummer. My husband and I go on journeys every Saturday and I was really hoping that yall had the best pillows. The staff was awesome!

Everything. The size of the room and the amenities. We had a refridgerator which was great. Coffee in room was great. The breakfast choices were incredible and delicious. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The only reason why I gave 4 stars for check in was because our room wasn’t ready on time. We had to wait approximately half an hour, but it was fine. We kept ourselves busy reading in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The Hotel, amenities, location. I did also enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to stay at.

I asked the front desk that I had no soap, or body wash soap. They said they would refill it. They never did. Was diagnosed when I got to my room to find it was never done. Didn't bother calling since it was late , and I was tired and annoyed.

Wonderful new, clean hotel, bed linen is clean, well-ironed, bathroom is clean no foreign smells. We are traveling with two chihuahuas, we were allowed to live in the hotel. Around the hotel is a clean area where you can walk with a dog. Near the hotel there are many places where you can have a snack within walking distance.

Everything was fine, nice staff.

The convenience and location

I had a hiccup with the TV flashing on and off but Joanne and the sight manager addressed the issue right away and we ended up moving to a different room and were very happy. I absolutely love this hotel. I will be back and would totally recommend 👌

The location of the hotel was perfect. Had grocery store, restaurants and a cute Lil ice cream shop in walking distance.

Only downfall was when daughter went to shower the first day the shampoo was completely out. We called down to front desk, no one answered. Ended up having to go down to the desk to get shampoo.

Clean, nice staff, lobby activities (pool, billiards, board games)

Needs more laundry facilities. Came for a baseball tournament, lots of families that need to wash uniforms overnight and there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for guests.

wonderful, clean, new hotel for rest. Allow people with dogs. The territory around the hotel is clean. The bathroom is clean, with good bathroom accessories. The bed is clean, the bed is comfortable, the towels are clean. The breakfast is good. The hotel is calm and quiet. The staff is attentive.

Love the app to be able to access to checking in an getting a digital key. When checking into my room, the TV did not work, the staff quickly allowed me to move right next door and gave me a digital key to my app so I didn't have to go downstairs.
