The property was amazing. Extremely nice staff, very clean, best breakfast, my favorite was having 2 beds and a couch that pulled out into a bed as well. Had a laundry facility right outside our room and enjoyed sitting outside at the tables. The staff went above and beyond to talk with my children and make sure we were taken care of. The morning breakfast cook (I’m terrible at name) was the most friendliest and my children really enjoyed talking with her. She deserves an employee of the month award. (She is the grandma to a girl named Lilly) Enjoyed our stay and will return.

My first contact with the property was with a gentleman that worked the front desk named Tommy during a worldwide computer outage. He stayed in contact with me from five in the morning till 9 AM reassuring me that when I arrived at my room would be ready. Working on the pressure never once losing his cool once we arrive, After a 5hr drive we were greeted by Jess and Nathan. They were very accommodating and making sure that we had everything we needed back in fourth with little things we forgot. The kept a wonderful attitude as a huge family arrive with a family reunion. ( it was a very busy weekend) The staff seem to be very helpful and everyone around. The system in general manager, Jennifer was very kind during The hustle and bustle of that morning as we (a group of other people) checked out . I think he was working alone at the front desk that morning felt bad for her .

The bed linen could use some updating

Staff was pretty cool for the most part. Some where more about doing the job and did not seem to have interest in being greeted. But the majority of staff I personally encountered were pleasant and more than happy to help. Service was usually faster then prompt and done with a smile. Thanks guys.

There was not much to be disappointed with. Bacon would have been a plus at breakfast but, that is being nitpicking. An amazing experience.

I was thankful that the menu included egg omelets and especially turkey bacon ( I don’t eat beef or pork).

The gym wasn’t spacious. There wasn’t enough room to come “ workout “. Also, it would be a great idea if the establishment provided a small shuttle to transport people to the various centrally located stores, such as Walmart, McDonald’s, etc . because if you’re not driving, and walking around the area for food, etc., “ it’s extremely difficult to cross the road” due to the traffic!!

Almost all the staff were very accommodating. Tom was a bit standoffish, but everyone else was fabulous in communication from the maids to the kitchen manager.

I wasn’t made aware that the 3rd party booking didn’t offer me the discount that could have been afforded due to us being evacuees from Hurricane Helene.

The staff was very friendly and prompt with any issues. They went above and beyond for us. I definitely recommend this location.

The only downfall was their pool was closed. That's why I booked that specific hotel for my family. They did tell me we could go to their sister facility and swim there.

We loved the room size. We were in 2 adults and 3 kids and everyone slept comfortably. The bathroom is also pretty big. Everything from the check in to check out was great! The hotel and room are very clean and tidy.

The pool was closed and the kids were looking forward to enjoy it.

The room we “ended” up with was excellent. The front desk person, Jennifer was extremely helpful. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good.

The first room (320) we were given had very sticky floors. The same for the second room (310). Jennifer and my wife checked a couple rooms on the second floor and found one that the floors were not sticky and seemed very clean.

Had dog hair all over my sofa and my kid is allergic to dogs. Had a broken remote and the back was taped up with electrical tape. Extremely ghetto for a nice hotel. The guy who replaced my pillows on the couch gave me a lint roller and told me to use it because he was about to leave and lint rolling wasn’t his “thing.” He also gave me this funny look when I showed him the amount of pet dander and he act as if everyone is supposed to be used to dogs🥴

My sister and I were in town for a family wedding. Let me start y saying that the breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! We had stopped the day before on our ride up from Florida and ate at the Cracker Barrel; and the breakfast at the hotel was much better than the breakfast at the Cracker Barrel!! The bacon was divine and the pancake maker was awesome as well as the biscuits and gravy. I really can't say enough about the entire breakfast area. So many great choices. And the area was spotless and very orderly. My only preference that I would have liked and didn't get was in the room. The ac/heating unit had a wall mounted thermostat and would not allow for the fan to run continuously; which is something I prefer. The sound and feel of the air moving and not just quiet stagnant air is a preference of mine. The hotel is undergoing a large renovation project, but it did not interfere with our stay. All in all it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast knocked it out of the park!!
