I needed a place close to my daughter’s residence and this place was only 8 miles away. It was very reasonably priced, very clean, and very comfortable.

The only negative was the bartender in the bar. She was friendly enough but not very good at servicing new customers. She kept serving the customers already at the bar even though they ordered more drinks after we ordered ours. She made us wait far too long to get our first drink and she wasn’t busy at all. She needs to be better at her serving skills. We almost walked out because of it but my husband really wanted a nightcap before going to bed for the night.

I enjoyed my room

Saturday night I woke up sweating and to a pitch black dark room. All the lights were out in the hotel, I kept calling the front desk and could never get an answer. The lights were out from 1:30 am to 4am. The next morning when I asked the front desk attendant she brushed it off like it was nothing and no apology. She stated that it was a storm earlier and the lights were knocked out. No generator for backup lights!!

The breakfast buffet was great and my server was fantastic (sorry cant remember her name). The room was clean and comfortable. The patio/pool area was spectacular and was lit up nicely at night.

Only thing i can think of, which is not really negative, is the construction near the dining area. In the end its a good thing as there are improvements happening, it was also covered well to help it blend as best as possible.

Staff was exceptional. The front desk personnel were VERY personal and even remembered my name. Room was very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use many of the amenities but everything about this hotel was very nice.

Doesn’t have a nicer restaurant but does have a bar/restaurant combined and the food was decent.

Great service. Man that checked us in was super nice.

I wish the TV in the room was newer and had access to applications like Netflix, and Max. It just had cable which was a bummer. I would consider at the very least adding maybe a roku or fire stick to the tv’s so they had that capability.

I only stay at hotels with peloton bikes in the gym. Both bikes do not work. Great value. Excellent location. Outstanding staff. Really great

I reported bikes in the gym were not connecting to the internet. But they were not “repaired”

We were greeted by Semaj and he was so great! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never experienced customer service in that way. He was very pleasant and tentative to all that was asked. Will definitely book again!

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are large and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Had issues parking one night since all the slots were taken, they however did give us a complementary breakfast for that issue.

Hilton Garden Inn in Southpark exceeded my expectations. This particular establishment is very luxurious. The Lobby is beautiful, rooms are spacious enough, nothing out dated, no weird odors. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Plenty of places within walking distance to enjoy although everything you need is on site.

What I didn't like was the traffic jam at the entrance door, people for whatever reason leave their vehicles parked in the way of other guests trying to check in or out.

Excellent staff. Super friendly/helpful. My significant other was sick from food the night before and they accommodated the day after and we’re grateful. Excellent breakfast/bar. Visited our daughter and will definitely rebook.
