The ESA was very nicely located, very clean, and I found both of my rooms to be very clean and well maintained. On my 3rd night while taking a shower, the power in my room went out. Tried resetting the circuit breakers but there wasn't a master switch h for the section of the hotel. But that ended up not being a big deal because the gal at the front desk swiftly gave me another room and within 30 minutes I was settled in another room. Far too often people look for reasons to bitch and complain and make a bigger deal about things than they need to be. Example, several past guests complained about breakfast not being bigger. Well, you're in an extended stay hotel that has a kitchen, how about stop being lazy and cook up a meal? The general manager here checked me in and it was apparent that he cared about customer service which reverberated through the other employees there. If you're wondering why most Extended Stays have a rating well below this place, you'll see it when you stay here. You won't be disappointed.

I didn't like the previous reviews as I found nothing mentioned to be true. I could not find anything I didn't like about staying here.

The location, it was back in the cut!!

I was really upset about the breakfast. I expected a hot breakfast but it was no where near what I expected!

Nice area, good location, no noise, comfortable.

The only thing that could be better is, maybe have tolietry items for guest (lotion, shampoo, bodywash, etc) disposable for convenience.

Firstly, nowhere in their policies listed in Booking did it say there was a room deposit of $50 per night After the second attempt to pay for the room I asked how much they were trying to run the card for and that’s when I found out about the deposit No room coffee pot Breakfast IS NOT a Granola bar and a cup of coffee Almost impossible to find since the sign is about 2 feet by 2 feet and tucked into an over-grown bush and not light

Loved the easy access to it and that it wasn’t too hard to find .

The staff was very rude ! They were never at the desk when needed . Upon check in the lady at the desk was very rude like she had an attitude. Didn’t understand why and after I paid for the room she gave me the key and receipt then walked away … I wasn’t informed of where my room was , how to access it , what time breakfast would be , WiFi , etc .. none of the standard things usually you would hear once checking into a room . After that i never saw anyone at the desk . My husband even tried to get someone but it was like a ghost town so glad we didn’t have any emergencies … the extra people standing around not knowing if they were staying or just got in from the outside cold ..

It was promoted online to provide breakfast and it only had a coffee bar with mini muffins

Friendly staff went up and beyond any protocol set forth in place. The manager was extremely helpful in eating us in an early check-in, and was really at our beckon call anytime we needed anything.

This property is amazingly, clean and sanitize, making you wish it were your home away from home! The housekeepers are especially friendly and providing extra towels, toiletries, and whatever else you may need on your journey along your way

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were so quiet and comfortable. The location was also wonderful. We loved how it's down a private little lane. If we ever return to Pineville, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you!

I have nothing negative to say.

I like how the stuff was very friendly and helpful. They let you know what the hote had tol offer to you. Like the room was very clean n big and I even cooked dinner on the stove for my family in the room. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The price was also great for the length of time we stayed.

It was nothing I didn't like about the place.
