The staff here was so so sweet and courteous and professional. Robert checked me in and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. And I believe the managers name was Misty, I’m unsure, but she was so gracious. This hotel was clean and welcoming for the same price I’ve paid for absolute hole in the walls. They made my terrible two days of car trouble a little more bearable.

I didn’t mind it but I will say the hotel is near train tracks but so is every town in the west. It wasn’t loud at all just be prepared for the building to shake a bit every now and then.

I loved the size of the room and the super comfy beds that had microwaves and mini fridge. Facility was all over clean and smelled nice. Great linens that were soft.

I was told when booking my reservation they could accommodate my need for 2 bedside fans. Upon arrival I was informed they did not have fans. I went to Walmart and bought one. Also when I needed to contact staff they were not available. Nobody was ever at the desk as I went down to the desk or I called numerous times. No response.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room was large and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little more healthy, typical of US chains. We stayed here for one night on our way home to Idaho, would be a great alternative to staying in Reno, great price! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

The location was perfect for our stay. I liked the free breakfast and parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were comfortable.

The location was a bit too close to the train tracks. The tub wasn't flat and therefore did not drain all of the water out of the tub after a shower.

Hot Beakfast offered both plain and blueberry waffles, three days three different types of meats, always had Hot and Cold cereal and eggs, yogurts and fruit juices. Clean and comfortable room. Extra linen and pillows in the closet. Super deep bathtub to totally relax in. More like a hot tub. Staf was just amazing. A little bit pricey for the weekend we were there at about 150.00 night. Fast food casinos and gas and other restaurants close by walking distance.

The price was higher than I had planned to pay.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this nice hotel. Hotels in Reno were very expensive so we booked this hotel 30 min down the road instead. It is set back off the freeway so it is pretty quiet. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the room was super clean which was much appreciated! Breakfast the following morning had a good selection and was tasty. Best hotel of our entire trip!

The location was perfect for the events we were attending. The property was very clean and the Junior Suite had plenty of room for our family of 5, which includes teenage boys! We will definitely be back for the next event!

The mattress on the sofa bed - there were some stains that were "questionable" and it didnt look like it had been checked / cleaned recently....other than that - no complaints!

The breakfast was pretty good, the kids were very satisfied. The pool was pretty small but the kids were excited to swim. The location was okay. The desk clerk recommended a good restaurant, Guadalajara, which was only a mile away. Kids and parents all happy!

The wall plug in our bathroom was falling out. It felt unsafe to use.

It is a great location and always clean. We have stayed quite a few times at this particular Comfort Inn. Sometime we eat breakfast and sometimes don’t but it is handy and quick. The lady who does breakfast has always been efficient and friendly and keeps the area clean and well stocked. The parking is adequate for the number of rooms.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a big TV, a couch and chair.

The desk clerk was overworked at check-in time and didn't handle the pressure well. Consequently, she was far from cordial and welcoming, with diminishing efficiency. She said she was the only one there. I had key card problems after we had checked in and she insisted on fully checking in other guests before she did the 30 second process to issue new keys. GRRRR... Also -- your key cards need an arrow on them to assure your guests insert them the right way. It really isn't obvious and creates problems for everyone. There's an active railroad track on the north side of the building. I was glad our room was at the other end. While the trains didn't blow whistles as they passed, it was pretty obvious when they went by.
