The man thing there was the location after that it was bearable because the noise walking running all night in the hotel like the hotel have an echo other than that we love the location next to the lake the children having fun across the highway playing in the sand

Like I said the location was perfect that's the best thing about the whole vacation other than that forget peace and quiet it's not happening over there you would have to do something about the floors and the walls because every time somebody move or walk you can hear all that but for the money you can bearable it or put up with it

For the price, this is an EXCELLENT hotel. The place is very clean and I received full housekeeping daily. (Lately I find that even in $300/night hotels, I can't even get someone to empty the waste basket.) Bed was comfortable with a lot of pillows. The coffee was surprisingly good.

Given the price, I don't have anything to complain about, but here's a bit of a heads up for future travelers: 1)The rooms are a little damp smelling, which is to be expected. 2)The breakfast is the Wyndham minimum. Don't expect protein or even bread that you can toast. 3) The hotel is right on the interstate. Like, I didn't know you could put a building so close to a freeway. I kept thinking the door was open, because the traffic noise is so loud.

My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything worked just fine.

Hotel clerks were cordial. Located right next to highway but not noisy enough to deter sleep. Right across the highway from Lake Charles but I had a ground floor room so no view. Plenty of pillows. A/C worked great. Room & bed was clean...no bugs or hair. Price was reasonable. One night stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend hotel to others. Just a stones throw from Steamboat Bill's Cajun Seafood restaurant. Great food.

Parking is very tight. Bed was a little softer than I prefer. It felt like I was sleeping on a thick feather pillow with no support.

The room was super clean and had everything you needed. There is a really good food place, Steamboat Bill's literally next door and a pancake house a few buildings down, which did a great breakfast. We stayed as a driving rest layover, It's great for that. It was good value for money.

There was a lot of road noise due to being so close to the i10, but most of these motels are like that. The door had quite big gaps, which we stuffed with the face cloths and put a towel at the bottom of the door, which helped a little.

Steamboat Bill’s seafood on one side, La Parrilla Mexican restaurant on the other. Comfortable, clean room, great bed. Coffee maker, fridge, microwave, toiletries, good TV channels. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was continental style but was substantial.

Traffic trying to get here was horrific! Had to detour off I-10 and it was a mess!

The staff// I booked on booking for smoking rooms she acted like she couldn’t change the rooms to non smoking// for free// she wanted me to pay more money for an accommodation! Also before the trip I asked for a late check out they said sure I could leave at 12 for free// when we called that night to confirm she said no 11am and if I wanted to leave at 12 they would charge the card for another nights stay! They need to re-train staff on hood customer service! The housekeeping staff was phenomenal! We absolutely loved them…. It was a man and woman we forgot their names but they were super sweet and kind ❤️ they made our stay wonderful ❤️

It was quiet clean and parking was ok there were alot of construction trucks when we got there but was gone when we checked out and they didn’t make a lot of noise or anything

Nothing They advertise breakfast there was coffee juice yogurt muffins and fruit not what I call breakfast we have been other Places and they had hot breakfast foods

Clean, convenience and price! All will .ake sure I return!

Parking gets a little tight. There's a very good Mexican restaurant on property, but it all shares the same parking lot. Not a bad thing..just a little something to consider. Overall great stay.

The abundance of pillows.

The parking wasn't ideal, wasn't told where the ice machine was, and the bright lighting at night attracted bugs and the light shined through the curtain which made it hard to fall asleep at first.
