I had a Double Queen Suite for the night. The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was a full size refrigerator,, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 burner electric stove. Dishes and utensils. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, No Tub. The room was very clean

. My TV remote needed batteries,, so the staff at the front desk was super nice, came to my room with new batteries. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were overcooked. The coffee wasn't the best flavor. The biggest mishap was the Original room I booked which was a King Suite, hadn't been cleaned. The dirty laundry was still in the room. Ms Betty Front Desk switched me to the Queen Suite. Overall I enjoyed the short time I was there. I would stay there again.

Great location, comfy rooms, good amenities for longer stays, easy to navigate.

Everything was great value and comfort and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Sara’s off improvement were the food and drink situation but an easy fix. Coffee in the room was a hard no, as were the “egg pucks” at breakfast— would recommend considering a switch. All else was standard and just fine. We did love the fresh lemon water in the foyer!

Kayla. She treated me as if I were the only guest even though she was very busy and multitasking due to a shortage of help. She deserves kudos big time. Location is ideal. The backyard was really nice and I could listen to the birds while I read the paper and drank coffee. It was easy to forget I was in a hotel. The room itself is extremely comfortable and had all the amenities I was looking for.

The fitness equipment needed a little tune-up, primarily the elliptical.

The room was great/ clean and it was close to the places we were going to be. The staff was great, The breakfast was average. Although most hotel breakfasts are average. We had no issues during our stay.

The fan and light in the bathroom were tied together and the fan was noisy. The fan interfered with any conversations in the room.

The hotel is nice, clean and tidy, satisfied overall.

There are only two fast food restaurants around and no other establishment to have meals. Breakfast is the usual kinda boring fare of watery eggs and sausage plus some continental fare. Goes from 6-9, bit too early closing for my preferences so I actually ate it just once. It's a small pet peeve but I dislike the light switches in bathrooms that are wired to exhaust fan. Your only choice is to stay there in the dark or be continuously assaulted with loud grinding noise.

The location is just minutes from Lake Charles, in a quiet area that is easy to get too with an open parking lot. The hotel is elegant and modern clean and smelled great. The studio rooms are a good size. The breakfast was among the best I've had at a hotel: waffles with multiple toppings available, bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs with cheese available as well as plain, awesome sausage, fruit, coffee, tea, milk, juice. Nice clean, roomy eating area with large windows. The price I paid through booking was less than half the price listed for 1 nights stay! Great deal! The other guests were very respectful and quiet.

The bath towels are large but thin is really my only complaint, oh and not enough Kleenex in the tissue box. Also, there were some issues going on at the front desk with staff being mixed up about what rooms were currently ready so check in took longer than it should and was not as pleasant as it could have been due to the front desk person's apparent stress level. Also, does not allow pets unfortunately. There also was no pool, but there is a nice back outdoor patio with comfy furniture. There is plenty of room to add a pool, so hope in the future they will!!

I was in town for a model horse show with my granddaughter. The staff was VERY fun, friendly and accommodating. Booking.com canceled my reservation without me knowing and the wonderful woman at the desk helped me to get a room. She even upgraded us to a suite.

I had to get up early (6 am) to attend my function in Westlake. I had very loud neighbors in the next room. Laughing, talking, shouting, had other people come and join in. This went on late into the night until I had to make a call to the front desk. They took care of it quickly. Thank you.

The location was great! The size of the room and the kitchenette were very nice. Room was clean and loved the walk in shower. Will definitely use this hotel for future trips.

1. The air conditioning, more so at night, didn't seem to be working well. It got warm even on a lower setting. 2. The low water pressure.

The hotel is well located and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I generally do not sleep well in hotels but here I was so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave my bed. The rooms are sound proof and I didn’t hear my neighbors or anyone in the corridor. Bathroom was very clean.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. No healthy choices. please add yogurt and fresh fruits (strawberries or blueberries) and whole wheat or various breads. Thank you.

The hotel is super clean with big room, nice comfortable bed and very clean and nice bathroom with a nice shower. The room is also featured with a nice kitchenette and big fridge. I didn't get to use it but it could be super helpful with family that didn't want to eat out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. KAYLA is awesome and she kept the breakfast tables clean at all time and offered to bring us pancake mix when it almost ran out. She also had nice conversation about where to go in the area.
