Absolutely beautiful building right near the river! The room itself is small but so cute and so comfortable. The blankets are soft and fluffy and the bed was really comfortable although on the more form side but that’s personal preference. The bathroom is really big for the size of the room! And provides so many soaps, shampoos and other little things you might need. The view was amazing at sunset. I loved the little detail of having the tv day welcome with my name on it! Breakfast had so many options, from a waffle station, to fluffy cheesy omelettes and some prepackaged snacks if you want a quick bite to go. Complimentary bottled water and coffee all day, great stay!

The only thing we didn't love about our stay was that we weren't able to check in until after 10pm. When you park in the parking garage there isn't a way to get to the hotel that late without keys so you have to go down to the street with all your luggage and wall around to tbe lobby entrance. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower was decent for a hotel, the breakfast had many options and it's a great location for any activities at Walls Fargo Arena.

$20 to park in the parking garage. I checked in around 9pm and the person working didn’t seem to be wanting to help me. Just handed me the key and gave me no information. Checked out around 8am and the staff was more friendly.

The view out of my window was so gorgeous. The breakfast was good for hotel food. Lots of variety. The staff was very friendly

I heard a dog bark all night. It sounded like it was in the room beside me. The shower water pressure was horrible though. There was barely enough pressure to rinse the shampoo out of my head

I didn’t intend to stay downtown but was booking on the road and picked this location. I was glad I did as we’d not have seen downtown otherwise and it’s a very nice downtown.

Free parking. I put parking as a filter and this location does indeed offer parking but for a fee. I should have put free parking as a filter.

Beautiful, updated hotel

Construction in front makes parking impossible for checking in before parking in deck. difficult when you have disability to expect to walk with luggage around deck into front lobby check in just to get keycard to unlock door from parking deck. should leave 1st floor check in desk parking ramp door unlocked for customers.

Finding a restaurant open near Hotel. We didn't want to drive to eat after driving 4 hrs. Either restaurant was for sale or closed. So we had a pizza delivered to our room which was just ok.

Location and amenities.

Staff at the front desk could have been a little more engaging and hospitable. There could have been a robot checking us in. They were not rude or disrespectful...just could have been more engaging.

10-15 minute walk to bars/restaurants. Complemtary water/select pops in lobby. Easy access to the little convenience store, and can go at any time day/night.

Parking garage was a little tricky because different levels were different hotels.

I loved the beds! The pillows were fluffy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a good size and the view of the river was really nice. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. I felt safe and comfortable.
