The staff were friendly, and they Listened to you (a plus!) The hotel was clean, smelled clean, looked clean. The breakfast bar area was well stocked and lots to choose from. A staff member was working hard to make it a great experience. The tables were clean, there were many places to sit. The exercise room was nice and quiet and very user friendly. The rooms were quiet even though the whole hotel was booked up for the night. There was ample parking and it was free! The showers were warm and clean. There were hair dryers that worked well. The beds were comfy. The fridges were cold. There were snack machines and ice machines. The hallways were well lit. The rooms had ample lighting. The AC worked well. The towels were clean and fluffy :) Overall great experience.

Please take care of the cart marks on the walls in the hallways. Please refill the hand sanitizer by the exercise room and snack machines.

I was amazed at the professionalism of the desk staff. I thought I had lost mr keys and was unable to find them anywhere. The staff were extremely busy with a lobby full of families of youth baseball players. Gina calmly and politely told me she would help me as soon as she checked in the others. She was so kind and did call the road service people as soon as she could. Thankfully I found my keys before they arrived. However, her kindness was greatly appreciated. Staff was exceptional. Also thought the breakfast was great.

I wished the pool had been a bit deeper.

Pool is broke. Permanently, probably. Dudes just hanging around entrance at night smoking cigarettes and chilling. Still there 2 hours later... I think maybe friends of worker? Idk. They didn't do anything wrong but it's just kind of shady in general. Guests also hanging around smoking just outside exit door in a..m. making it awkward to leave w bags and kids and load up nearby car how hard is it to set up a designated smoking area even just 20 feet away from entrance/exits?

The coffee was mediocre at best. The rest of the breakfast was very good.

I had interactions with four different people at the front desk. All of them were simply OK. They weren't unfriendly, but they weren't particularly friendly. I know it's challenging to find employees with personalities that are outgoing and warm and friendly, but the ones greeting me and others at this particular location was adequate at best.

The lobby, elevators, hallways amd room was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely convenient as we were attending an event at the Event Center! We also noticed (but did not use) and very nice workout room and pool area. Multiple convenient exits as well. The breakfast area was clean and very well organized. Everything you can think of for breakfast! Excellent!!

The curtains in our room were not made to close all the way. Not sure why. Didn't really like that.

Good location and free parking lot on site, quiet rooms, friendly staff. Clean fitness room with plenty of equipment. Large breakfast seating area. Vending machines fairly handy. Easy to navigate to and from hotel to downtown and hospital.

Not that I didn't like, in fact, understand completely - there were very small maintenance and upkeep items. Not any enough to take up with the staff or turn me away considering how clean the facilities were. But, someone who likes to pick on those will find an issue to jump on just to be...difficult. Still, the other family member with me pointed out this hotel was better than another major hotel brand that she stayed at a couple of nights before. We both would definitely still stay here again.

The breakfast there was simple, but good, and I also loved that it was included with the stay without any extra charge. The location of the hotel was great for the things that we did during our stay. The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was mostly clean.

There were some drawers in the room we had that weren't all that clean, but that was a mostly minor hinderance and the room was majority clean everywhere else.

I enjoyed the plentiful free parking & the location. It is easy walking distance to events at the Wells Fargo Arena. I didn't have any issue with the noise, but as part of the central location, you do get a fair amount of sound from the parking lot and streets outside, so be aware of that. Seemed like a safe enough area and convenient to the highway

Would have liked more options for breakfast

The breakfast was really nice with a great selection. The pool was amazing so glad we were able to access it even with as cold as it is out right now. The staff was super friendly and complimented our dog's good behavior.

Honestly didn't have any complaints. The only thing I noticed was I couldn't seem to find a tv guide channel or option but that may have been my own error. It didn't effect my experience, just had to use the channel list provided to flip through till I found something.

Location was great. Very close to the Events Center. Easy access to downtown and to freeway. Pretty quiet considering the proximity & sound levels of downtown & the freeway.

Hot breakfast was ok but was more basic than most. To hotel management… having a couple more hot items daily is incredibly appreciated by those of us that travel often. I often decide to rebook at places with great breakfasts when I travel back to area on my regular routes.
