Karen in the front office is truly a delight! She set us up with a nice king room facing the pool and lake. Included with the room was a small refrigerator and a microwave. Also a mini coffee maker with coffee packs and creamer and sugar. AC kept the room nice and cool. The room was clean and comfortable. On the larger side which was nice. Steps away was the large pool that I thoroughly enjoyed. We also used the fishing spot out back on the water. Close by there was a pair of Osprey snacking on a small fish! Truly awesome! As the sun set, many small wild bunnies came out of the woods , into the beautiful green lawn to munch on grass. So cute! We were completely surprised and thrilled to see so much wildlife😍

I grew up in one of the neighboring towns, Mount Dora, and I have driven by this hotel 1 million times. I have never stayed there nor did I know anyone who has. I needed a place for just one night and it did the trick. The lady who was at reception in the evening, was very welcoming and friendly And so is the lady I believe her name was Melissa, who lives on site. The hotel is basic but comfortable. It is also a very quiet hotel even though it’s located near a major highway. I had an excellent night sleep and the bed was really comfortable. The only comment I would say would be to clean out the filters in the air conditioning. There was a strong smell that I assume was a cleaner that you get used to once you’re in, but I am quite sensitive to these things. It really put me off when I first walked in, but the room was very clean as I looked around and as I said, the bed was super comfortable and I had an excellent night sleep. I would definitely stay there again. The two ladies on staff were great and very friendly.

Close to everything

Not much to do there, could use a facelift was very outdated. The continental breakfast consisted of donuts and coffee or tea. Was a lil disappointed in that. Other than that…The whole staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The office was open til midnight and they sold soda, candy and ibuprofen n tums. The prices were very reasonable, I was pleasantly surprised.

We were there for a Fishing tournament with the junior high school Bassmasters. The staff was outstanding actually brought a little president to my grandson that made his day. Very nice. Well appreciated.

After reading some of the other reviews, we were not expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

your hotel (like all hotels) are designed for taller people. I'm 5 ft and couldn't reach the shower head and had to be on tippy-toes to reach the sink.

Property was clean. Nice view , pool was maintained.

Slightly dated, but clean and basic.. not a luxury room but everything you need for a great vacation

The beds were to soft., but other than that it was a nice place to stay. The staff is very helpful ☺️

Staff were excellent, Received a gift bag due to attending Mount Dora craft festival. Check out time was late, not rushed to leave. I would bring my dog next time. Great location!

The room was great. The staff friendly and responsive to needs. The Domino's pizza key card is genius. It provided a way to get a meal while staying in your room.

The location is hard to get into when there is a lot of traffic which isn't the Inn's fault.
