Whenever I come to Florida this is where I stay. They were very accommodating as I arrived after 4 a.m. The receptionist already had our room keys ready. She even brought us additional sheets that I didn't even ask for. My grandkids came and stayed with us and it was plenty of space in the room. They enjoyed the pool two nights. It is conveniently located to food stores. Maid service was awesome.

Overall, the beds were extremely comfortable. They did not have an ADA compliant room and my wife is in a wheelchair so it was a little challenging. The room appeared to be clean, but it looks like they cleaned around things instead of moving things to actually clean everywhere. The room smelled a little funky when we first got there.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was large and spacious. The pool water was nice, not too cold.

The bed was a little more stiff and uncomfortable. The pool closes a little too early. I was expecting a little more for breakfast. I have stayed at other Quality Inns that had more selection for the free breakfast.

Cash and cash app/prepaid card accepted. Breakfast was great. The room was nicer than expected. The bed was very comfortable with soft and firm pillow choices. TV Channel list was better than most of the other hotels I've been to in Florida. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They're quick to assist and deliver requests. Walking distance to stores and popular restaurants. And plenty more within a mile of hotel. Pool was very clean and nicely kept

I wasn't informed about the $100 deposit for all rooms & forms of payment no exceptions. They did accept cash but if you use Cash app or prepaid it can take up to 30 days to go back on your card (they have a sign taped to the counter to inform you of this.)

Room in general and the bed were clean and good quality.

Price was higher that weekend just because of a boat show. Why do I have to pay extra because of an event I wasn't a part of.

Fished a bass tournament. Breakfast was available at 6 enough time to get something in our system. Had a good day. They serviced our room each day, even though they didn’t have to complement the cleaning people for a good job.

Can’t say that I would suggest something else. Electrical plugs were readily available to recharge our batteries each day very convenient.

The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed's were very comfortable.

The interior and exterior of the building needs some TLC. Really needs a face-lift

I honestly don't think there is anything I don't like about this motel it's the only place I stay when I come to Leesburg.

Very comfortable bed and room. A/C worked great. TV remote did not work, but staff was very helpful and friendly to resolve the problem. Would definitely stay again.

I'm glad I was able to get a room here on short notice. I like the location - not too far from anything.

The room had did have slight musty smell to it.
