Good location close to the airport or Miami no breakfast

All good for the price

1. The staff were friendly and helpful. 2. I arrived with a car and parking is free. But I have returned the car after and asked for the shuttle from the airport, they have provided that. Both way airport shuttles are available every hour. 3. Parking is free 4. The room has a microwave, mini fridge, iron machine, safety locker and shower amenities.

1. The room had a mild smell when I first entered. Smell of cannabis. 2. There was no coffee machine in the room but it was in the lobby to get free coffee from 7-11 am. 3. The pool was a little dirty.

I had read so many bad reviews after booking, I started to second guessing my decision after booking. Surprise, Surprise the room was exceptionally clean, there were no bugs We got free transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship port. They made our vacation more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. The food truck on site is a bonus. They're is a convenience store in a gas station a 10 minute walk away.

They appear to have a restaurant on site that is no longer used. They do have a food truck located on the property that serves breakfast but the service is slow because of the limited space they work in.

We liked the staff who were pleasant and helpful.

Dirty floors. They looked vacuumed, but, bit washed. Our feet were very dirty from going to the washroom and back to bed. Also, no shops within walking distance except for a gas station. A 15 min walk. Too bad. Would also be nice if you had a breakfast seating area or lunch bar. Also pool was dirty. Didn't use it. Too bad. It would've been good to cool off due to warm weather. L

This stay was to evacuate from Hurrican Milton. The faciltiy was chosen primarily due to availability. We were pleased with the rooms (double deluxe queens) which we found to be clean and comfortable adequately meeting our needs at a very reasonable price, The rooms have tile floors which was a huge plus for my daughter with allergies. The hotel is under renovation with a new lobby under construction. There was a food truck on the premises, but we didn't try it, The hotel is far from fancy, but it made an excellent port in a storm!

Staff was 10/10, shoutout to Britney and the people at reception who were extra nice!! Everything else was good, not out of this world, but definitely better than I expected - clean, tidy, free airport shuttle came to get me and drop me even thought it was last minute arrangement. Nice pool, and can’t say enough how friendly and helpful all the staff were.

There was a motor show that night right next door, which I later found out happens once a week. I’m a heavy sleeper so I didn’t mind so much but worth considering if you’re really counting on your sleep!

It was affordable, Clean and comfortable. No Riff Raff running around and it was Quiet . Housekeeping was wonderful 👍🏻

I didn't like the fact that I let them know what time to expect me and my room not be available to check in yet . After a long 3 hour ride I was ready to relax but instead I had to wait out in my car for another 1/2 hour then go back to see if it was ready. Again it wasn't so he put me in another room which was . But again I asked for the bottom floor and I was on the 2nd floor. Overall and besides that we had a good stay .

The location was good and the shuttle service to the airport comfortable and convenient. The room was also clean and comfortable

I was unaware a security deposit was required which should have been highlighted at the time of reservation. Also the staff at the front desk was not pleasant in explaining the reason for this and was more demanding is either the deposit or no room. Should have offered hot chocolate not everyone drinks coffee and food places are far away.

All very clean and only 8 min to airport

The pool area looked outstanding. The pool was large and clean. While I didn't have time to go in, I could see this area clearly from my 3rd floor room above the pool.

Coffee supplies not in the room. The coffee and supplies were by the front desk and limited, e. g. no fresh milk and a sub par coffee unit. Quite disappointing as my morning coffee is vital !
