It’s a great hotel, clean and a great central location. I loved that the check in was quick and easy. I pre-paid the room so I appreciated not having to give my credit card again or sign paperwork like I’m so used to doing. The rooms are nice, clean and I had everything I needed.

There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like except two days prior to booking it was half the price and there was no pay later option. So at first it was $209 total for both nights and I wasn’t sure of the itinerary yet. The next day it jumped up to $209 per night. So total I paid $468. I felt that was a little steep for two nights. Especially when it was $209 the previous night.

Clean (aside from #2 below), quiet, convenient, and pet friendly.

(1) As we were traveling with a small pet, we asked if we could sit in the outside seating area in order to eat at the morning buffet. The buffet manager (long blond hair) was very rude and unprofessional and didn’t seem to know what to do. We did end up eating there, essentially serving ourselves and cleaning up all of our dishes at the end, but felt unwelcome the entire time. The side stares and mumbling under the breath were too much for this simple situation. We didn’t eat there the rest of the trip. (2) There was a lot of litter surrounding the property and parking lot. In the back of the lot there is an entire, what seemed to be “expired”, suitcase lying there. To us, the parking lot is an extension of the business, therefore, its condition was noticed.

This hotel is top-notch! We were so pleased that it was such a nice place since we were staying for 7 days. It had clean rooms with comfortable beds and a welcoming lobby with cute sections for sitting to read or watch television on one of the wide screens. There is a restaurant and a bar available. Lovely color scheme. The front desk staff were great! They were friendly, professional, and helpful.

The restaurant prices were steep. The room refrigerator did not keep things cold.

Loved the comfort of the beds and our breakfast which was included with our room .The pool was quiet and clean. We had a little issue but it was immediately addressed.The staff is amazing!

When we first arrived our room's air was not working and the sheets were covered in dog hair but we were immediately relocated to a new spotless room.The hot tub was hot but the top jets were not working.When we tried to turn them on an awful alarm sounds.

breakfast was great, a little confusion on if the meal was included with the room because we used Booking.com for the reservation. That was resolved and we had a great breakfast.

Check all invoices to ensure costs have been covered. We were on a tight schedule and the delay in eating breakfast caused me to drive faster and arriving at my event 5 minutes late.

Location

Noise and loud voices outside my room at 3 in the morning both nights of my stay. Second night I finally got up and opened my door and told them to “shut the fuck up” and slammed my door, that seemed to quiet them. Your hotel isn’t the cheapest in the area, I paid extra because it was Hilton. I wont do that again.

The breakfast was great. The location to the different areas, shopping center, and near by beaches was perfect. I will be returning.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Just keep up the great work making each day worth the stay. Thank you.

Loved the layout of the room inc the bathroom. Loved the way the lotions and shampoos are offered. No tiny plastic bottles! Keurig machine♥️ Bed/pillows so comfy! No visible air conditioning ♥️ Very clean room. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly housekeeping staff

The female server at breakfast didn’t seem very happy to be there.

Location and places were clean, and the clean staff was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here the last three times in Palm ciast.

Very clean - nicely furnished. Quiet. Laura checked us in and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Very friendly and anxious to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

We thought the breakfast price was a bit steep. $16 buffet when many places offer free breakfast.
