The room smelled fresh when I got up to it. Both of the lady that checked me in was very informative and very respectful and as I was checking out the lady was very polite and helpful. There's a cracker barrel next to it and it's easy to get on the interstate to get to Daytona Beach/International Speedway.

The first housekeeping individual might have knocked before they barged in the door and didn't announce themselves. The second housekeeping individual seemed to act like he didn't understand what I was saying and was gonna just automatically start cleaning up our room and we had to say 5 times that we were gonna come up and make sure we had everything first before he'd go cleaning the room which I don't think either one of them understood English that well. Other than the housekeeping issue we had everything else was great.

We liked the way the room was designed and how the furniture was positioned. We liked the comfortable bed, the fact that we had both a firm and a soft pillow to use was great! We also liked how peaceful and quiet our room was. We liked that all was very clean and neat. We liked the originality of the shape of the shower! We liked the staff very much; they were friendly, professional, helpful and funny all at the same time. We noticed the cleaning crew doing a great job throughout the facility and they were very courteous and had a smile in their face.

Even though the chair in our room was very comfortable, it was peeled and worn out so needs to be reupholstered or replaced to make the room perfect. The pocket door to the bathroom needed some paint. The only "inconvenience" in the bathroom design is that one would have to open either the pocket door to the bedroom where the cabinet with the sink is, or the door to the shower to use the shower to properly wash your hands. This type of modern design is made so one person can be using the facility while the other is using the sink outside it.

This Inn is immaculately maintained from outside the building to corridors, elevators, pool areas, lobby, etc! The staff was friendly and beyond accommodating. Rooms are spacious and well lit. The beds are very comfortable with multiple pillows of various firmness. Ample hot water and air conditioning was cold and efficient! I am so appreciative of a place that is pet inclusive and not just dog friendly! I am very impressed with this property, location, and value.

It would be nice to have some breakfast offered other than just coffee.

Room next to ours on second floor #225 there was an argument between the occupants that we became aware of at 3:50am. on February 25th.. The room occupants were screaming at each other and throwing bottles and what sounded like pieces of garbage receptacles and large furniture being shoved into the walls. The doors were being slammed as well. This impacted several other guest of the facility. The staff was able to calm the situation and escorted the offenders out of the building. The incident inside lasted until 4:15am. But the removed occupants restarted their argument in the parking lot behind the pool which went on until one finally left at almost 4:30am. Needless to say we and other guests of the Red Roof + didn’t get much rest that evening.

We enjoyed that this was close to everything and our room was clean with a large shower that had great water pressure. The front counter lady that checked us in was great and took extra measures to accommodate us and our pets. A big thank you to her. The dog walking areas were clean, well manicured and provided poop bags that were easily accessible. There are also no pet fees. We would stay here again.

Yes, we like it. In the future we will definitely use your services. Travelling with a dog isn’t fun, but resting in Red Roof was quite pleasant.

The smell of people smoking was the main problem. We complained to the front desk about :(

The pool

The morning desk clerk was very rude, not welcoming at all. The afternoon desk clerk was very nice. Upon checking out the male employee, I was not sure if he worked in laundry or maintenance, but he was on the elevator with my daughter and I, we had our hands full with luggage. As we went to exit the elevator, he cut in front of my daughter very rudely. The coffee machine in our room was dirty with a white residue all in side of it, so we could not use it. The water pressure in the shower was not great.

Stsff at front desk were all very friendly and professional.

Whoever vacuumed the third floor left a trail of stuff in the hallwsy. Guess they never turned around to inspect their work. My door in Room 325? Did not have a seal around it and rattled when some people walked by.

No breakfast which was fine because they had good restaurants close by including the Cracker Barrel which was right next door almost on the same grounds, which was great!

facilities were old including elevator broke now, so had to take stairs. No gym or breakfast

Quiet and clean

That I booked a hotel with breakfast and there is none It’s disappointing because there are other places cheaper with better rates but having breakfast in the hotel is more convenient and becomes a disappointment Also the fee should be adjusted accordingly and the offer removed from the site
