Our simple, two-bedroom apartment with built in beds is located on the first floor with direct access into the spa. The accommodations is on two levels with an open plan lounge, small kitchen and two bedrooms consisting of one room with king size built in bed for two guests and built in bunk beds accommodating up to four guests. This apartment has a car park view.

Our exterior cozy double room with bunk beds offers a small seating area, large comfortable king size bed and bunk beds/twin beds. Access to the room is from the car park. Some of these rooms are on two levels with an open plan lounge and two bedrooms consisting of one room with king size built in bed for two guests and twin beds accommodating up to four guests.

This adult-only room features a super king-size bed and lounge leading onto a balcony with a private hot tub looking over our terrace, gardens and towards the lake. A 40-inch flat-screen TV and free WiFi are included. Extra beds are not available in this room type.

Junior Suite with Hot Tub Our adult only Junior Suites offer a private balcony with a two person only hot tub where you can relax and unwind. Extra beds are not permitted in hot tub rooms. Enjoy a 40 inch flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a large comfortable bed (minimum 5ft king size bed). These rooms look towards our spa and parking lot, they do not have a lake view.

The adult only Windermere Suites offer a private balcony with a two person only hot tub where you can relax and unwind. Extra beds are not permitted in hot tub rooms. Enjoy a 48 inch flat screen TV, free WiFi and a bespoke floating super king (6ft) bed.

This adult-only Penthouse Suite is split over three levels and includes a super king-size bed, a lounge which leads onto a private balcony with a rooftop hot tub overlooking Lake Windermere. Extra beds are not permitted in this room.

Each with their own unique character our Junior Suites have been furnished with super king-size beds, each with a lounge area and views of Lake Windermere. Enjoy 40-inch flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Most can have a z-bed put into them at an additional charge of GBP 30 per night, please call to arrange. Our double rooms with direct access to Lakes Spa are located in the same building as Lakes Spa with a small seating area and large comfortable king size bed. Access to the room is from the car park.

Ground Floor Double Room Enjoy a large flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a large comfortable super king-size bed . Please note the view from these ground floor rooms is of the car park and towards the spa.
