Great position near station, grocery shops, restaurant & bar. Comfortable bed & pillow. The Italian restaurant food & service was superb.

Lift was the slowest I have ever experienced. The courtyard was lucky to be 2 meters x 2 meters and the view was appalling. At $ 750 Australian a night, very overpriced.

Room was on the street side as requested; I like to hear the sounds of the city. From Heathrow by Elizabeth Line this hotel’s location is perfect and Paddington station is very convenient to get anywhere in town by tube and up-country by rail too for that matter. Whoever chose the beds and bedding knew what he/she was doing ; I slept beautifully. The partnership between the hotel and the Bella Italia restaurant on the ground floor is so convenient, especially for breakfast first thing or after a busy day out-and-about for dinner. The hotel is not too big nor too small … and it has an elevator.

We had a great stay. The location is unbeatable, just a 2 minute walk from Paddington Station which made getting around super easy. The staff were fantastic, very responsive and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in early which we really appreciated. The service was excellent throughout. Our room was spacious compared to other hotels in the area, cleaned daily and the fridge was restocked with complimentary water and soda which was a nice touch. The room had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. A special shoutout to Catalyn at reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the wifi which was quite weak especially considering the already limited mobile signal in the building. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely return!

The staff are lovely, they go above and beyond to accommodate all needs. We missed our train and had to book last minute, right before Christmas. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to the largest option. The lift is helpful. The size of the rooms is so-so, I’d say they all are very compact. Perhaps it would be better if there were fewer pieces of furniture. Breakfast was tasty, the staff, again, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything.

The team pleasantly accommodated my very early check in due to a red eye flight. They also accommodated my late check out. The room, while small by US standards, was stylish and comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved the math references in the stairwell. The location is terrific for travelers who want to explore London but also need to make connections to elsewhere via Paddington.

I missed the hotel when I first walked by - maybe a stylish sign out front not just on the overhang?

What I liked most about the hotel was the helpfulness of the employees. When my child was not satisfied with the location of my room, they helped me immediately. In addition, it was a perfect experience for me that it had a restaurant and I could have lunch and dinner without leaving the hotel and they were delicious.

I think that renewing the furniture will be much better for the satisfaction of the remaining guests. I think the cleaning was very good, but the old furniture raises doubts about the cleanliness. Besides, the elevator is not very comfortable. Just a little renovation will make a big difference in terms of satisfaction.

excellent customer service, staff were lovely, comfy beds, all soaps and shampoo and conditioner there in large bottles so you don’t need to take those in your bags. Great shower with robe and slippers as well as towels. lovely comfy bed, complimentary drinks in fridge, and coffee machine and pods as well as usual tea and biscuits. 5-10 minute walk from Paddington station with loads of food places around. Great breakfast with gluten free options and free range egg omelettes. Chose one hot breakfast option and then the buffet continental breakfast is as much as you like.

Location superb for a very early departure to Heathrow via Paddington. I have stayed with you before and that’s why I chose it. I did find the standard single rate relatively expensive by Canadian standards, but the location makes up for that. Staff were excellent.

Only the price, it was well over $500 Canadian for one night, but I do understand that it is London, and your prices are comparable with other hotels of your high-quality and very convenient location.

A good location, just around the corner from Paddington station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Shar who was on the front desk. Our room was small and compact but it had everything you could possibly need for a one day stay. A very comfortable bed, well equipped and spotlessly clean. One of the best breakfasts I’ve encountered on our annual Christmas shopping trips. We will definitely return.

Clean bedlinen and towels, and very convenient location near Paddington train/underground station. Many places to eat/drink nearby. Coffee machine in the room is also very convenient.

Our reservation was upgraded to the higher class room, but to be honest it did not look like that at all🤷‍♀️ we stayed here several times before and this room was worse and smaller than all others we got before. A room was tired, water in the shower did not normally drain, in general it was a very tight room with low ceilings (a mansard) and no space to open at least one medium suitcase. Coffee in the restaurant was bad.
