Absolutely gorgeous little bed and breakfast with off road parking, tea and coffee making facilities and a lounge and garden area for guests to relax. I’ve never seen accommodation so immaculate and spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast is also good and you are provided with plenty of food to set you up for your day. I had a small problem with my payment and they were lovely about helping me sort it out.

I would have liked a little fridge in the room to keep some water and drinks cold however I’m sure the host can keep them for you in the kitchen if you ask we didn’t bother as we only stayed two nights.

Arrived later than expected and Moira greeted us with a smile and suggestions for dinner. She showed us to our well-appointed room upstairs. The room was lovely - just a nice size and the bathroom/shower was clean and up-to-date. The location was terrific - a short 5 min walk and we were at a terrific pub (one of a number to choose from) and enjoyed a good pint and food! Restful, quiet night then a really nice breakfast in the morning: rolled smoked salmon with avocado and poached egg, lovely coffee and other options available. All in all, a terrific stay!

Nothing really. Moaning about costs is silly at this point as everything has gone up for everyone.

A nice, cool old house. The location was good and it was very easy to find. The parking was good and plentiful as well. The owner met us at the door and walked us to our room. It was very well decorated and equipped, but was a bit small. In all fairness, we had a lot of luggage. The bed was comfortable, the room had a good temperature, and the shower was nice as well. There were quite a few steps, but it was worth it to be on the top floor. The breakfast was great and hearty as well. The owner is more than accommodating. I recommend a stay here.

Not much bad to say here, if you have an issue with steps, it is a climb to the top floor.

lovely room, lovely people & yummy breakfast in a lovely guest house. We had to check out early due to an unexpected appointment to view a house. We were house hunting in Scotland but we loved our stay at Eagle View so handy for Newtonmore, great facilities & had some lovely chats with the owners - thank you so much

would have liked to check in a little earlier - we were driving around till we could check in at 3pm so ended up going to another town & on the way back got stuck in all the traffic on the A9.

We were met on arrival by a lovely friendly host. Our room was great, facilities were great, oat milk for tea / coffee and herbal teas - amazing. It was freezing cold outside but we were cozy in our room, we had a lovely warm duvet and then a lovely warm shower in the morning followed by a great full Scottish breakfast which set us up for the adventures of the day ahead. We will stay here again.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The cookies in the room was a nice treat and tasted yummy. We also enjoyed being able to grab a coffee in the front room 24x7 The location is quiet and exceptional for a peaceful nights sleep. We enjoyed the dog and sitting outside catching a few rays of sunshine in the afternoon. The village Scott museum just down the street was well stocked and a good way to spend a rainy afternoon for an hour or so....You can ask for a tour and it is worth it! Parking lot is right nest to house and ample parking available.

Cant think of a thing, We'll be back!

The greeting by Ryan was great, he immediately made us feel welcome. The room was really comfortable and the decor was lovely. Both my friend and I were booked into separate double rooms, for breakfast we asked if another friend could join us and they kindly allowed him in for free and normally there would have been two people in each room.

Nothing, all good

Breakfast was delicious, the produce was of a very high standard , a great choice available and our host was more than happy to accommodate my off menu selection. The proprietor was very friendly but not overbearing, we can’t wait to return.

I honestly could not find one fault , my room had no shower but a beautiful roll top bath , I prefer a shower but had not checked when I booked so I cannot complain .

Beautiful house with very comfortable furnishings and a separate lounge for the use of guests. Welcoming hosts who offered good advice on where to eat in the village. Our breakfast was exceptional and beautifully presented. The guest house is very well located and quiet.

Nothing.

Moira looked after us very well! Lovely spacious room, meticulously clean, excellent cooked breakfast options, plenty of off-street parking and just a short walk for an evening meal in the village. We stayed two nights (at either end of our 5-night visit to the Cairngorms).
