A fantastic base for a visit to Belfast. Superb communication from all at Cordia re check in times, parking etc. Excellent message re how to enter underground parking, get to reception and met by a very friendly male receptionist whom I’m afraid I forgot to take the name of. Spacious and comfortable two bed apartment with all the possible cooking facilities you could need. Spotless bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries. Heating was easy to control. Beds very comfortable. Parking a big plus. Accommodation very centrally placed on the Lisburn Road with wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely use again.

Perhaps a few more pillows, only one per person. Realise I might have been able to get these from reception but would have been handy to have within the flat. Otherwise super

The location was excellent. It is very convenient to everything Belfast has to offer and the parking was secure and easy to access. The apartment is a bit tired and the furniture is worn and dated but it has everything you need for a self catering apartment.

The only thing that impacted our stay were very rowdy customers who spent from 4am to 6 am partying.I contacted reception who were very apologetic etc but ultimately it ruined the stay for us. We had a very long drive the next day feeling tired. However I would stay again as on previous occasions we had very positive experiences so maybe we were just unlucky this time.

Location was ideal. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness- bathrooms were very clean but the room was not. The staff responded quickly and cleaned it the next morning. So overall still happy. The room window opened on the road and was very noisy. Requested the staff to change which they offered promptly but later changed my mind due to busy commitments and hassle of packing/ shifting. So you see…. The staff helped to make my stay as much comfortable as they could

Everything about the apartment , staff and place. We stayed for 2 nights , 3 days, booked a 2 bedroom apartment, was very kind to upgrade us. My wife was doing her exams, I informed this earlier, and they allocated a room away from the noise so she could study, and even provided us with an early check in, so we could settle in and go on and a about. * The staff was very friendly,very kind, professional and easy to work with. Hospitality at its greatest. * Cleanliness - Apartment was spotless and clean, has everything you need. * Parking - Very good safe parking, we stayed on during weekdays. *. Location - Was centralised, plenty of restaurants around to eat from, Tesco next door came in handy.

Coming from a Hospitality background, I had no complaints or negatives.

Easy check in. Great onsite parking. Apartment good size. Very clean. Towels were great. Comfortable bed. Great location

Apartment a little cold. Tried to adjust temp but didn't make any difference. Ran a bath in the evening and hot water was just luke warm. Windows/patio doors in living room filthy with finger/hand prints - shame with a fabulous view. Bit of a stale smell in living room/kitchen area - some polish or floor cleaner could have given a fresh pleasant smell.

The whole set up is great, I would not bother checking anywhere else when we return to Belfast because we know that it is a good comfortable appartment in a good location with secure parking and friendly ,helpful staff. We stayed here some years ago and would be reluctant to try another location - it is just as good as we remembered it back then. The lady on phone at booking (apologies but didnt catch name properly , very like Monica!) and gentleman on reception were most friendly and helpful.

Dog-friendly stays are a must for our family's travel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were outstandingly clean, with hardwood floors as opposed to carpets, which retain dirt. There is a spacious kitchen and family area. The rooms also have easily accessible power main outlets on both sides of the bed above the nightstand for any electronic needs. Access to the building is secure and requires a room key for scanning. An attendant is available as an alternative. There is also a gated and secure parking area.

Bus or taxi is the preferred method for travel to the City Centre as it is a bit too far to walk.

Unfortunately, the owner of the apartments, Holiday Inn, cancelled our accommodation without notifying us and we arrived on a late flight from England to find we had nowhere to stay. A google search enabled us to book with you. We ended up paying more for two nights compared to the three nights that we had booked back in March for the hotel! However, we did like the additional space.

It smelled a little. The pigeons meant the door to balcony could not be left open and the settee was dirty. There was no hair drier.

Contact with staff was superb with fast response to online queries and exceptional in person service. Parking facility is great. Large tv was super. Tea, coffee, biscuits and milk pouches left as well as a couple of dishwasher tablets and shower gel and shampoo was really appreciated.

Nothing. A few soft cushions in the living room and an option of having spare pillows in a wardrobe for those that like more than one pillow would be ideal but a minor thing really.

The view was amazing and staff were great helped me with making sure I had facilities that met my needs as I have motility issues. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every thing was supplied and only had to take food for breakfast to cook plates , cutlery, pots pans and utensils supplied. Washing machine available and a dishwasher also. My room was ensuite and a bedroom also with a separate bathroom. Iron and ironing board supplied . A very comfortable stay.

Slept in and called to say we had just woke up and didn’t mind having to pay a late fee but the member of staff was quite rude but the lady that greeted us for late check in went above and beyond to accommodate us to our needs due to our late arrival which was out of our control. She is an asset to the company and also a service with a smile on arrival.
