The staff were friendly and helpful, the entrance welcoming and bright. My room was spacious, fabulous bed and self contained shower unit. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice for cooked breakfast, continental also good. It was great to have the bar onsite, and pizza available for an in house meal, 24/7! The street and surroundings were good, next to a church, I could hear the hymns Sunday morning. Walking distance to Botanic Gardens and Ulster museum, there is a train station nearby too.

Little bit noisy, but OK after 11pm. There was a group of young people from Argentina visiting, so youthful energy! Could have done with a few more teabags in room, no more that two provided for my stay. There were coffee sachets, but can't do with Nescafe!

The staff were very helpful, friendly and approachable. Anything we needed, they were able to accommodate. They directed us to places of interest in the area, e.g the Botanic gardens, and arranged a taxi for us when we were leaving. The hotel has great access to shops and public transport. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely book again.

I felt that the breakfast area was a bit lacking in supplies, namely cutlery, glassware and cups. It was a case of asking for one thing and then realising that something else was missing. The staff were very helpful in getting things, but I felt that there should have been a good stock of everything. It just seemed a bit sparse.

The staff really made the stay great, all the staff was welcoming and actually took the time to ask how my day was with interest, rooms are clean and the beds are so comfy, food is Great and good value for money

Staff were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was tasty with a choice of continental and hot food cooked to order.Location was ideal close to restaurants and city centre.Rooms not very big but clean and all we needed.

Staff were very welcoming, from the lady at check in to the gentleman behind the counter Saturday night to the friendly man on check out, it was a pleasant experience

It was exactly as advertised nothing to dislike compared to what I expected

Overall very good. The reception staff espcially were very helpful and informative about the local area and how to get from a to B.

Having to ask for bereakfast stuff to be replaced, i.e Juices, Fresh fruit, Cutlery etc.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay, staff were lovely and welcoming, the room was beautiful and spacious, facilities were great! Just a simple and relaxed night well needed, will stay again!

Great friendly staff - ideally situated off Botanic Ave and QUB. Great mattress, roomier than most IBIS rooms. Ample clothing storage.

No complaints.

The service was excellent. Easy parking and a lot of things to do that are very close.

The menu for the restaurant could have had more options.

Room larger than most Ibis hotel rooms. Comfortable bed.

The Wifi was unpredictable on the 5th floor. Not awful, but cut out on occasion.
