There was someone at the desk 24/7. The room was as expected and the bed was good with 4 pillows. Shower was good and spacious with soap and shampoo. The kitchen was supplied with a coffee machine and plenty of coffee cups. The property was easily reachable by public transport from the airport and also by car. We rented a car for 2 days. The property does not provide parking space but there is a closed garage close by. The parking closes during the night so for the last night when we had to leave very early for an early flight we had to park a bit further away but this was still within 15 min. walking distance.

The garbage can was a bit dirty and the lid didn't work. There was only 1 chair in the room which was a bit weird since we were staying here with 2 people.

Verry convenient location. The room was well laid out and clean.

I didn't like having to supply my age and photographic ID. I found the number of texts and messages received overwhelming and annoying. For example "It is almost time for your check out!⌛ Don’t forget check out time is 11:00am ...." received at 18:03 before I had even gone out for the evening. I would have liked instructions for the hob and microwave which I struggled to operate. The shower soap dispenser was empty, the shower drain was blocked and one blind could not be raised as the chain to raise it was broken. It did not seem possible to alter the level of lighting - it was either all on or all off.

Top marks to the reception staff. Went over and above in helping us manage the laundry facilities. They were extremely personal and helpful. The garden room and gym were a bonus. Central location was great. Loved the park just beside the building. Cleanliness was top notch as were the kitchen equipment (although missing a corkscrew. Haha. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very small for two people for eight days and the person on the inside part of the bed had to crawl up from the bottom if they were coming back to bed in the middle of the night. Paying the security deposit and putting $ on the laundry app were impossible because my credit card required that i access a security code sent via SMS but I couldn’t receive it because i have a Canadian phone number. Im not sure Charles Hope staff quire understood the difficulty. A different deposit system would be helpful as would a laundry card being available. You could just add it to the room cost.

The overall stay and facilities. There wasn’t any instructions on how to work the electric hob in our apartment so we had to oven cook all our foods but apart from that we enjoyed the view from the window, we were central to a lot of other places like town etc, couldn’t fault much wrong with the whole stay really but we did enjoy our stay and would come back

I wasn’t given any access codes to get into the building and had to wait on reception letting me in the door and giving me keys so I could use to get in the doors

Staff were SO so lovely and welcoming. Whole building was immaculate, including my apartment. The communual lounge areas were very comfortable and spacious. Apartment was well stocked and equipped. Beautiful views from the lounges too!

Tv in the room was in a really inconvenient place, essentially had to sit on the kitchen stool in front of the sink to watch tv which was not comfortable at all. So I couldn't watch tv at all while there. Also you are not told that the Home Working Room and TV Room are not accessible other than for permenant residents of the building.

I love that the property is so central in Aberdeen. I like the fact that the security system with the fobs are brilliant. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is equipped very well

After walking about in my bare feet for 10 minutes, my feet were very dirty and had hair on them to the point. I had to shower. It’s a shame that there isn’t any parking available . And our room faced onto another building, so we had no view whatsoever, which wasn’t the case last time I stayed. Also, I paid for an early check-in which I didn’t get, but I was refunded or in the refund process. my other half had to wait around for three hours to get into the room. Also, the bed was pushed up against the wall which I didn’t think was appropriate for a couple

The Location for Marchall square was perfect and the value for money was great as booked a bit in advance and got a special offer. Wish I'd been spending more than just one night as the facilities - fridge, toaster, hob, coffee machine were great.

There was a lot more back and forth communications with check in instructions than a usual booking.com hotel but I didn't really mind as use my phone all the time. No parking on site and Denburn was expensive over night on a weekday.

Overall facilities were good and the room was clean. However when I had questions the reception desk didn’t have a lot of information and I wasn’t given an email with a number to call for support so it took longer to resolve my issues. Room was quiet and comfortable and to a nice standard for the money I paid.

No remote for the tv. WiFi password didn’t work and I feel like it would be nice to have milk included even in sachets for the hot beverages.

Well located in Aberdeen and clean if compact room. Could have used an iron and ironing board. Had an expreso machine but no regular teabags. Lift for some reason would not go to our floor that night so had to go up 1 and walk down stairs but no problem really. Would stay again no problem

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Aberdeen and normally use the same hotels. Loraine my wife found this property and we looked at what it had to offer. It had everything you would want. Comfortable bed, kitchenette, spacious apartment, great location and very competitive price. Also fantastic restaurant next door again very competitive prices.

Nothing will visit again 😃
