We had a great stay in the hotel. Staff are friendly, super helpful and efficient. Rooms are cleaned regularly, towels changed whenever we wanted. Swimming pool on the roof is good fun, as is a gym which is opened non stop. Breakfast was good and they slightly change it every day in a four day cycle. It can get a little busy but again, staff are doing their best. We really liked the location, there's Mall of the emirates nearby with metro and buses to get you anywhere in the city. There are many small shops and restaurants around, no posh eateries but all delicious food for prices cheaper than in Europe. Also some cool other shopping options in nearby outlets. Nice bonus is a possibility to leave your luggage at the premises after checkout. This definitely shouldn't be a 3 star accommodation but 4. If we come back to Dubai we'll stay here again!

The Staff were very super kind, welcoming, and helpful. They are always available when you need them. The breakfast was so generous and the quality of food was outstanding. There was only one person serving the whole breakfast area, and he was keeping everyone happy. The hotel was generally quite and comfortable. The mini business area on the Main floor was convenient. Seems the building has been recently renovated, everything looks new and clean. Easy and speedy check-in and check-out process. I would certainly come again

You can eat there at reasonable prices. There is also a large supermarket in the Mall with cheap and tasty food. There is also a Metro station in the Mall and with a Nol card you can use the bus and metro. The location is very good in the sense that you will reach Kite beach in less than half an hour by bus 801. Marina Dubai is about half an hour away by metro and then tram. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 15 minutes by metro. Taxi is quite affordable, so consider a combination of public transport and taxi. The rooms in hotel are clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The rooftop pool is great.

The property was very clean and well-maintained, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The employees were kind, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed. I appreciated how organized everything was, from check-in to room service. My stay here was comfortable and relaxing, and I truly felt at ease throughout. It’s clear that the staff take pride in their work, and that made a big difference during my stay.

The room was extremely small, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The shower water was difficult to adjust between hot and cold. One of the biggest inconveniences was the lack of luggage assistance—there were no trolleys or staff available to help with bags. Additionally, the breakfast was the same every day, with no variety throughout my 5-night stay.

Staff are very helpful and friendly like reception team , room services team and cleaning team. The pool on roof is amazing .

I didn't like of room light sensor working with human movement , once i go washroom to wash my hand or tea cup for 2 min after that suddenly all room light get off so i have to switch on the light manually time to time all 3 night like that even seat inside room sometimes suddenly get off even im in . You can adjust the pool time for one more hour 8 Am to 9 pm or 9 Am to 9 Pm. It's great pool and like it but i used only for 30 min because my work was 8 Am to 8 pm . I think u can improve that light system or adjust sensor time .

Great location, 5 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates. And other places are also easy to visit with the metro and bus station at Mall of Emirates. Small but very good breakfast place. Many options for the breakfast. On the roof a swim pool with a beautiful view at night. Thank you also for every day cleaning. And about the rooms, it is very nice, modern en new! Are you traveling in dubai? Book Studio M Al Barsha, you won't regret it!

Some lady on reception called multiple times to sell offers like travel, jet ski, safari? Rental etc. Woke me up thrice. Was very annoying of her pushing hard. Also on booking.com it said free airport pick up available but hotel said none.

Amazing hotel which is nearby to the Mall of Emirates, metro station, bus station, plenty of restaurants around. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfy beds. Cleaning was provided every day, water refilled every day. We loved the receptionists who are working here, they are so friendly and lovely, ready to help you with every wish. We had breakfast and dinner included, breakfast was a buffet, not a lot of food options, but still good enough. For dinner, you'll receive a menu card with just a few options, which were quite repetitive, to choose from, but they were tasty. Also, there is not enough space where to sit during breakfast as the dining space is quite limited, so sometimes we have to wait a little for a table to be available. All of the staff were amazing. Overall, it's a good product for nice money, we would love to definitely come again.

It would be nice to have more options for dinner. Also, there is just a bath tub in the bathroom, so if you are disabled or older it may be inconvenient to you. Otherwise nothing to complain about.
