Great location. Easy walk to bus or train station. Across the road from dolmus to Ephesus. Breakfast is great for a vegetarian/vegan. In addition to normal items there were always 2 cold veggie dishes. The ladies that worked there were very nice and welcoming. There is a tree lined sidewalk to Temple of Artemis and most of the way to Ephesus. Ephesus is not that big and dolmus drops you off at lower north entrance. If you get there first thing, you can beat some of the tour groups to the library as they seem to start at the upper south gate. There is no reason to take a taxi.

The economy twin only has a window to the air shaft.

The location is perfect! You have the buses that brings you to ephesus and Sirince also the taxi station that will bring you to Mary's House. its walking diatance to the St. John's tomb,castle and archeologicql sights. Near the hotel there's a street filled with restaurants and also leads you to the train station. There's also a grocery store near the hotel. We have a simple and good breakfast. Our Room was recently renovated and has a beautiful view in the terrace. We will surely comeback again and recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives!thank you so much we have a pleasant stay!

The bathroom needs renovation.but just for a night its just fine.

Great location and friendly staff. This was my second time staying here, and it's definitely worth the money. While the facilities aren't brand new or amazing, they're perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to assist travelers in need. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I visit Selçuk in the future.

The room felt a bit cramped for three people sharing triple beds, and the breakfast was served cold. Additionally, the lighting in the room was dim, and the shower tap seemed a bit rusty. However, as I mentioned, while the facility may not be top-rated, it's certainly comfortable and suitable for a casual stay.

A lovely room with a balcony… wifi was great, hot water shower, lots of towels, bed and pillows very comfortable, breakfast was fabulous with an excellent assortment of foods, tea, coffee and water freely available all day and the owner Mr Ismail even collected me from the bus terminal! An excellent stay in a wonderful location location with plenty of restaurants around. Loved it!

Nothing … loved it all.

The location cannot be beaten. It is located at the city center within walking distance from both the Izban and Bus station. The Ephesus Museum is right next door, and there are plenty of places to eat around. The staffs are amazing and they are really kind. The breakfast is very colourful and nice, not to mention tasty. We got upgraded to a bigger room because the room we booked turned out had a problem with the AC, so an additional point on the Customer Service there.

Not the hotel's fault though. We face the main street and it is a little bit loud at night. Also, I noticed that after midnight there is a vehicle going around and spraying what I think is pesticide or insecticide on the nearby trees, which can smell a bit chemically. I think it is not regular though, and it did not affect our stay at all.

First of all the staff was super kind. They helped out with anything they could. The rooms had air conditioning and free water. The hotel was central and close to Ephesos Museum, St. John’s Basilica and Ayasuluk Castle. Ephesus and Pamucak beach was a close car drive. The breakfast did not have many options but it was a decent breakfast that you can find at any Turkish home.

I think the main problem is that the hotel is a bit old. Also they could have hanged the air conditioner above the beds and not in front of them. I personally do not like the cold air blowing on me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nicea Hotel, and I must say that General Manager İsmail went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was exceptional. His attentiveness and helpfulness were remarkable, especially in accommodating my 72-year-old mother. She was thoroughly impressed with the extraordinary standards maintained at the hotel. Additionally, İsmail assisted us in booking a fantastic one-day tour to Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, allowing us to explore these historical sites effortlessly. He also arranged airport transportation, which made our departure stress-free. The rooms at Nicea Hotel were beautifully lit, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The balconies offered breathtaking views of the town, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. Furthermore, being located just across from the local otogar (bus station) was incredibly convenient for our travels. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was served for extended hours in the morning and provided a wide array of choices. The breakfast offerings were not only abundant but also thoughtfully balanced and nutritious, catering to various dietary preferences.

Excellent central location. Relatively quiet, especially as we were away from the street, looking out to their courtyard. Very helpful, friendly staff and Umut's English was good so he could help us with tours taxis etc and answer our many questions. We could help ourselves to tea and coffee in the foyer any time

Breakfast on the first day when the food was sitting on a plate ready for us. However, subsequent days we were able to help ourselves to a whole array of things

The location is prime situated on a nice square adjacent to the main road. The breakfast was varied and featured multiple common turkisch eadables. It was simple but tasty. The staff was very friendly and prone to help solve any issues. The venue had multiple open common spaces among others a nice backyard.

There was nothing I particularly didn't like, the style of the venue was simple and functional well within the expectable for the prive range. I had some issues getting the wi-fi to work and the connection was unstable for the whole stay. Another minor thing is that faucets aren't standardized. Nothing major to say here really.

Room is incredibly spacious, the bed is large and comfortable, and all of the things in the room work fine. There is a good-sized balcony overlooking the park outside of the hotel. It is not too noisy in the evenings. Location is excellent. Bus station is directly across the road (2 minute walk) as is a supermarket. The site of Ephesus is a 25-30 minute walk along a straight road next to the hotel, so is very easy to get to if you don't want to take a bus/taxi (and the Temple of Artemis is on the way).
