You can’t beat the location! Also the villas are super nice with their gardens, spacious, nicely decorated and the hotels location right by a beautiful sand beach that stretches for several kilometers is amazing. Also, there is a fantastic pool available.

Saree Samui is classified as a 4 star hotel and I would say it does not fully live up to the expectations that come with a 4 star rating. There seems to be missing a unified management/approach. The hotel has a restaurant, a beach bar, water sports, a spa and gym but all of these feel like separate units to the point I had to ask if it is part of the hotel. On one hand they don’t do enough to promote all the different offerings and quality standards vary greatly. Generally speaking hotel staff are very friendly and always keen to help, but training is clearly missing.

The location is great. The staff is helpful. The interior looks authentic. The pool and gardens are beautiful. Also, loved the idea of the no-wall bathroom.

The food is bad. Breakfasts had a very poor choice. And what was there was bellow average for such a hotel. The dishes from the regular menu were ok, but you get the same food of better quality in the nearby cafes. Dinners were a bit better, the fish was fresh, but we had to wait 1h-1,5h for the grill. That was not really a problem. There a lot of great restaurants in Samui :)

Everything I MEAN EVERY THING about Saree Samui is wonderful. From my airport transfer by SIT to the resort, to the time I had to leave I had the most UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY. MAY greeted me with a welcome drink and cold towel and the genuine caring hospitality continued throughout my whole stay. MAY assisted in so many queries as did KWANG and CHANG My garden villa 417 had a garden outdoor bath and shower, spacious interior of a lounge tv room and a large K bed covered by mosquito netting interior large bathroom, 2 wardrobes, safe and fridge with complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily. Infinity pool so inviting with plenty of sun lounges as well as lounges on the white sand of Mae Nam Beach, fabulous bar and seating adjacent to the pool area. Restaurant caters for all tastes and diets, buffet breakfast is a culinary delight; daily menu for lunch and dinner offer so many choices and the cocktails FABULOUS Spa treatments are conducted in a spacious open air area BEE you have absolute magical hands the coconut scrub and massage were amazing. Manager LEK what can I say NOT ENOUGH WORDS can share your love to have every one of your guests feel special and looked after every moment of their stay. NET you give Tom Cruise a run for his money in the movie COCKTAIL - your service is impeccable and your serene calmness adds to a most enjoyable stay at Saree Samui POPPY you greet every guest with such an engaging smile that every moment of my stay was so safe enjoyable and comfortable. EVERYTHING was afbulous

Lovely property with very friendly staff. Great facilities (including a small gym with free weights, a cable machine and treadmill) with a lovely pool. Food was excellent in the restaurant and all great value for money.

The only downside (which was actually a positive for us) is that it is a little bit further out from the standard tourist activities. All official tours pick you up from the hotel reception but it’s usually a 15-30 min drive depending on the activity. We liked it because it was still handy to the touristy spots but far enough removed that you had more peace.

Food in the restaurant was amazing (lunch, dinner), both Thai and international dishes. Very good chef. Nice small village nearby. Spatious suites with separate living room. Outdoor shower and bath. Pool area.

The room could use some updating, i.e. doors & shutters jamming, curtains got stuck. The bartender and cook in the pool/beach bar did not speak a single word of English. So it was difficult to get an order across. And they did not make the food or cocktails because those came from the main restaurant. Not sure what their role was ;-). Most spirits were local brands with poor quality.

I cannot recommend Saree Samui enough! It has everything you need to relax. The staff here went over and above to make our stay as lovely as possible. The food was great and our room was really comfortable.

Paradise on earth. Situated on a quiet part of the island on a beautiful beach. Hotel has a good restaurant and a nice beach bar, but also in the streets just outside the resort nice places to eat. Rooms are located in a beautiful garden and my room with private pool was lovely. Spacious, atmospheric and clean. Friendly staff who respond adequately to questions and comments. Had a very relaxing time.

Small comment: private pool not very clean. Is there a filter and does it work?

Great, not too overcrowded location, the property has a choice of an amazing swimming pool and a pretty (clean) sandy beach. In the close neighbourhood, there’s a supermarket, multiple massage parlours, and a lot of bars and restaurants serving amazing food. The rooms are super comfortable, with the outdoor bathroom serving as cherry on top. The hotel is not too overcrowded, calm, full of very well-maintained greenery. Particularly when it’s after the renovation (which is to take place between October-February this year), it will be a place we’d love to visit again.

Nothing really.

Peaceful place surrounded by nature, just on the shore of a clean beach. Rooms are spaciuos, ours had a bathtub outside which we found really enjoyable after a long trip. We liked that the hotel is trying to lessen consuption of plastic and providing glass bottles of fresh water every day.

lov the villas! spacious, very relaxing, has everything you need. beautiful outside bathroom and shower. Pool area is great, very big pool, it was also very quiet in june when we was there so very relaxing. sea is just in front of you, beach is awesome. long and wide and sandy. restaurants close or just a taxi ride away. staff made us feel very welcome and service was excellent.

food was ok, pricey if you compare to other restaurants, unfortunately food didn´t meet our expectations for that price. it felt like it was trying to be thai and italian but not meeting any of them.
