The resort is ideally located if you want to take a boat to the nearby islands (Koh Tao, Koh Phangan) but also for 1 day excursions like the Ang Thong natural marine park, or just to visit Koh Samui and enjoy the island. The team is very kind and the bungalows are very clean and comfortable. The pool in the garden is wonderful. You will see there a lot of Thaï squirrels playing in the trees and colourful birds singing. You will find shops and restaurants In the area and a nice beach at 200m. We loved that place

Owner was super helpful answering questions with advice on where to grab a bite and when to catch the ferry in the morning. AC was powerful. The location with a back gate leading right to the Lomprayah pier can't be beaten. For a short overnight stay, this was perfect.

The furnishings are a bit tired; the corner of the wood bedframe was peeling. AC had a hard time reaching the bathroom, so it was often hot in there. Shower water pressure was also quite weak - but I think this is where you should be reasonable as it's a standalone bungalow with its own plumbing.

The staff was very friendly and the bungalow "neighborhood" was super cozy and peaceful. The pool was clean and conveniently placed and there were several restaurants and bars on the nearby street and coastline + a couple convenience stores. The sounds of nature were very calming and the big bungalow was clean and felt like you would actually live here. Also the Maenam pier and the beach are about 2min walk away. Definitely will recommend if you are looking for tranquil peace, sun, relatively quiet beach (excluding ferry departure hours near the pier) and cozy small circles in nearby bars or if you seek a short stop before boarding the ferry.

The only thing I disliked was the poor level of sound proofing in the bungalow. There was some weird bird that decided to call it's friends four times during the night right next to our place, which made quite a loud noise and woke me up every time. Might want to bring earplugs with you. People made next to none noise though :)

Fantastic location for the ferry. Easy check in and friendly owners. Room was basic and clean which is all I needed for the less than 12hrs I spent there. My Grab driver also found it easily despite it being dark when I arrived.

The mattress was firm for my personal preference. A minor suggestion would be to open a window (if there are fly screens) prior to guests checking in later in the day, to bring the temperature down of the room - it was over 30’ inside when I first arrived so had to blast the air con and fan to make it comfortable.

Lovely scenery and great swimming pool. Location is literally right behind the port waiting area. Clean room with good AC & fan, nice bathroom and a mini fridge. The only reason I cannot give 10/10 is because the mattress is very firm. I slept a few hours but if they improved the mattress it would be so much better! Staff lovely!

Property owner is awesome . He will bend over backwards for you to make yer stay enjoyable . Great value for yer money. Property is being upgraded at time of stay so only getting better as time goes on on .ferry to kopagna is a short two minute walk from property.

I felt so comfortable here. Beach is so near, just a few minutes by walk. Mae Nam is so quiet part of Koh Samui. I was happy there. Hotel is cosy,garden around is beautiful, flowers are fragrant, a pool is colorful at night. I had everything what I need. I ate somewhere arount, not in the hotel. Around is a lot of massages, restaurants, shops, there is a temple near. I hope I am going to come back one day. Thank you, love from the Czech republic.

I would like to thank all the staff, I got sick while I was in Hue, and they were exceptional ! They provided me with water, fruits, got me some medicines from the pharmacy and food. Thank u very much for your care :) The hotel per se is very clean, super comfortable, and easy access to the attractions and museums..

Clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location literally minutes from fhe ferry port. We only stayed the one night but it seems people have given this place terrible ratings maybe because they stayed too long. Pool looked really nice.

Quaint, comfortable, sufficient, tidy.

(No beach access or signs directing towards…I found it anyway n hopped the latched gate..in the dark. It was open n passable later. Aside, not much not to like in safe, comfortable, and simple, and very sufficient accommodations for a night.)
