Great and spacious room, plenty of place to store your stuff. AC works very well. They can clean your room as often as you want and refreshen your water. The breakfast downstairs was honestly nice, for 99baht you get quite some food + coffee/tea + water. We found at the top of the first level of stairs an area with free snorkeling goggles and there was a pair that actually worked and helped a lot. (as a tip, you can rent your scooter from Oli's Motorbike rental and there you will get a snorkeling set - so if you are 2 people you dont need to rent/ buy snorkeling goggles cuz you get 1 from the hotel if you are lucky to find it, and one from the scooter rental). The staff is nice as well. The location is super good. Totally recommend!!!

you do not pre-pay for the room online - you have to pay at the location and they only accept cash, quite a pitty, so be prepared ...

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our time here. The rooms were really large and very comfortable and we slept great here. No kettle in the room but there is breakfast included so hot water/drinks available from 7am in the shared dining area along the corridor. Great location with many cafes/restaurants in easy walking distance, in a quieter part of Koh Tao. They do free pickup/drop off on the island, and we were able to hire a scooter here for a great rate. The lady working in the main office was extremely kind and helpful.

Breakfast included was very limited (egg and bread, or cereal) and we didn’t end up having it at all, as we are vegan and no options available. There is a small balcony but not big enough to sit and relax on

We loved our stay here. Big rooms and good common area with board games. We loved that we could borrow a picnic blanket and snorkel for the beach. We also hired a scooter for our stay and it was great, no issues there. Staff were simply wonderful - so kind and helpful. The shuttle bus was so handy. Restaurant and shop literally next door with good prices. Be sure to try to icecream shack outside the shop! We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for having us :)

The only negative would be the lack of natural light in the room.

Really nice place to stay on Koh Tao. Clean and comfy rooms and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Arranged to pick us up from the pier and also took us to our next location which was super helpful. Really good value for money glad we found this place.

Great location, 15 minute walk from Chalok bay and it's dive schools, supermarket and restaurant downstairs is super handy, and the laundry woman just round the corner made it a super convenient place to stay. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy and were lovely and clean and the staff are all super friendly. Cheap bike rental for guests too, they even came and picked us up from high moon cafe when we had a flat tyre and brought us back and sorted us with a new bike. Great value for money all round!

Very enjoyable 2 days at this Hotel. Staff were superb. Had an issue with noise from a neighbour room who were partying the day when we arrived very tired from a long journey. No worry on neighbour just play loud music so requested another room. Lovely professional Myanmar lady with superb English said unfortunately the hotel was full for same rooms. So I went back to my room to try to sleep. 5 mins later the receptionist knocked and offered us a free upgraded room. Service was excellent. Nice location with restaurants near by and a quieter vibe from main town. Can hire reasonably priced motorbikes at hotel too. Lovely restaurant attached also. Room are quiet and very nicely furnished and modern and comfortable. Good breakfast too.

The hotel has really nice spacious rooms. They can pick you up from the pier and drop you back there when your stay is over. The staff are really friendly. The hotel is located near many restaurants and stores, making it really convenient. If you don't ride motorbikes, you can walk from there to popular beaches and snorkeling points, like Ao Leuk, Shark Bay and more (if you don't bother walking up and down some hills). They also have a shuttle service to some beaches. Very good AC in the room.

The breakfast is really basic, so don't expect too much. Also, I noticed some small ants in the shower, and also a cute gecko. It didn't bother me though.

Fantastic staff, cleanliness, great comfortable beds. Very impressed with Kyi Phyu Aung, the front office receptionist. Outstanding service from her. Helped in tracking my misplaced phone. Speaks English and is very knowledgeable about Koh Tao. Nothing she couldn't help me with in my questions and concerns. Cleaning staff came and helped with a mess I created. We'd definitely come back here. And there's a kettle in the dining area for guest use and the hotel restaurant looked good. Thank you!!

We loved the location on the island. So many good and drink options within a reasonable walking distance and there’s a nice sop right next door. About a 10 min walk down to the beach with nice places to hang out. The staff was really friendly and professional. They provide housekeeping when you need and also can rent you a scooter for a reasonable price.

The side that our room was on didn’t get much natural sunlight. It’s a bit pricey for what you get compared to other areas in Thailand.

Great location for getting everywhere on Koh Tao, quieter end of the island, less hectic than Sairee area. Really comfortable and huge room, slept very well here, great air con. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a shop underneath the hotel which was really convenient. Lounge area with tables, loungey seats, large TV and some games. Very friendly staff, can have room cleaned every day if you want. Free transfer to and from the pier, even at 6:30am! We really enjoyed the hotel and Koh Tao so ended up extending from 5 to 11 nights!
