I like the fresh contemporary design. The beds and bed linen are wonderful and comfortable. Modern rain shower. Plenty of room for me to relax and recharge. The location is calm and you can be assured of a good nights sleep. The staff, Miguel, Ruben and Frederico have all been very helpful during my stays. Can't do enough for you. The rate includes a continental breakfast - enough to get you started for the day. A big plus for me is it is 5-10 minutes walk to the Metro station that takes you straight into the centre of Valencia. Excellent value for money!

It's well located with good shops and restaurants nearby and neighborhood seemed calm. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower good. Check in was convenient as I arrived at 11:30 pm and was able to get inside the hotel and my room easily and quickly with the access code. There was one lady from staff who was very nice.

Room and toilet were very small but I was able to fit in even with a large suitcase. Breakfast was only processed foods and not a lot of variety but it's enough if you just need to grab something quick before you go out.

It’s a nice cute newly made boutique property - well maintained and located quite close to Fiera and city centre ! Has got a neighbouring street for some local shopping and well connected by metro at one side and tram at other side !

The repeat of same breakfast everyday was really boring indeed ! They should change everyday day so that for travellers like me staying for a week really don’t get bored !

The room was very modern and clean, with a small fridge and mini-desk. AC worked great, bed was nice, shower was fantastic. A nice little free breakfast every morning. The staff were VERY friendly and helpful! The location is excellent, you are literally one block away from authentic local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended for business or pleasure travel.

The room was relatively small, but standard for a European hotel. Breakfast could have included some protein options; was mostly bread, cereal, pastry. Make sure you ask for a blanket.

I was taking a language course in the old city and reaching it was easy by metro. I would have liked to stay closer to the school, but I couldn't afford anything in that area or would have had to stay in a hostel dorm room. The hotel gave me a very comfortable place to stay with a bit of a commute. I knew that beforehand, so I was quite happy with my stay. In the end, I also liked the neighborhood with a choice of bars and restaurants.

All great! Everything was very clean. The room was small but comfortable, and I found everything I needed. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There was a free complimentary breakfast. The top terrace had a very nice vibe to it.

The description said that there was a desk in the room, but it was rather a wooden protrusion from the wall. Still, after mentioning my need for a desk at reception, I could borrow a chair and I managed to work well enough.

For the price, it was amazing value as everything else I checked out in Valencia was hugely expensive. It’s a modern, newly renovated facility. There were two of us in two single rooms as we were attending a conference for work. Rooms are functional and basic, but super well-designed. The bed was comfortable, water pressure high so great shower. Multiple and strategically placed plug points around the room make it easy for charging phone, iPad, computer etc. simultaneously. It even had a small fridge! The complimentary breakfast (with Nespresso coffee) was basic but a nice bonus as I didn’t realise it was included on my booking. The metro was less than 5 minutes from the hotel and a 25 minute ride to the city centre.

TV was set up with Netflix, Prime and a range of international TV options but I couldn’t find the local national free-to-view channels.

I was participating in a fitness race at a local venue to the hotel so ideally placed. Clean, modern and simple hotel with pleasant staff. Due its location the local restaurants are fairly priced and traditional. Asked for a late check out which was granted immediately.

Small rooms however I only needed a bed and washing facilities. If you want to be near the sites of València this is too far out.

Modern style, tidy and cozy. Get access to the hotel and the room with a code that the hotel sent on the day of arrival to email, which is very convenient.

I will not say I did not like it, it’s just that if the wash sink in the bathroom is bigger, and the room can be a bit bigger, it could be even better.

Very clean and looking new place including elevator, self check in online, hot/cold water machine in the lobby, complimentary continental breakfast. The room is relatively small but including all that you need. There are parking spaces along the street, possible to find free one but it's very difficult
