Our penthouse apartment which overlooked a small square near the cathedral was where we spent most of our time in the morning and evening. It was the best feature of the apartment. The main living areas were upstairs, bedrooms down making them very quiet. Beds were very comfortable too.

The temperature of the water in our shower was never warm enough though our adult daughter said it was ok in hers.

 location is absolutely wonderful for exploring the historic center. The hotel decor and styling is phenomenal. It is in a modern, renovated old colonial building and has all the amenities you would want. The attention to detail is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped, and we love the private terrace up spiral staircase from our room.  (if the one with a plunge pool was available, we would’ve grabbed that in a second ). staff was wonderful and accommodating to all needs.  everything was 100% as advertised, and pictures were accurate, which is not always the case in many places.  Highly recommend it. And if we are back in Sevilla, I will definitely stay here again.

Just about the best location in Sevilla especially for first-time visitors. Located right next to the Real Alcazar, Sevilla Cathedral, museums, and the Plaza España. Near tons of great restaurants, right across the river from Triana. Just a quick 10 - 15 min car ride from Estacion Santa Justa, and about a 15 or 20 minute walk to Las Setas or the Museo area. Exceptionally friendly and helpful service, and the daily cleaning service is quite welcome. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was highly communicative. The penthouse has more than enough room for a family of four to stretch out and not be on top of each other. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Wish we had an experience like this in every city we visit - and all at exceptional value. Without hestitation we would book here again.

Daily cleaning comes a bit later in the afternoon than typical, and the bathrooms don't exhaust shower steam very well. Exceptionally minor points that do not prevent us from giving Real Casa de Moneda our highest recommendations.

Ideally situated accommodation within the historic centre, still accessible by vehicle. Easy walkable access to all places of interest. Seville is very compact. Accommodation was of a high standard of furnishings and decor. Felt secure and safe. Receptionists were helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodation within this price bracket.

If we hadn’t done prior investigation finding the reception might have been a bit difficult. We had familiarised ourselves with what the area looked like and advice from previous travellers. The receptionist did send instructions when asked, very helpful. Personal preference but mattress a bit hard. Dependant on which flat there is some noise from the bar below (lovely food), this didn’t impact our stay but might be problematic to others.

Excellent location, absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean! Couldn’t fault anything about it Although on a busy street with restaurants below once you close the balcony doors so peaceful, bed in double bedroom was massive and so comfortable, no noise from outside and lots of pillows, wardrobe space and lovely en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with 2 single beds also very comfortable, quiet with en suite bathroom. Host was there to show us around and provided everything you could need. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here to experience great facilities and experience Seville at its best, such a beautiful city and accommodation.

Location was perfect, and they were very accommodating with allowing us to leave the luggage in the apartment until our outbound train that afternoon. Seville is a wonderful city, and Real Casa is a great place for your stay. We were 2 couples, and the 2 BR place had more than enough room for all of us.

We had a problem with the hot water in one of the showers. It was so hot that it made the shower unusable, as it was impossible to change the temperature. Also, when we arrived, there was cooked and raw chicken in the fridge - and an open container of yogurt. Finally, though there was a washer / dryer in the unit, there was no laundry soap in the apartment.

The location was perfect, I travelled with sister and elderly parents so apartment was very convenient. Carmen at reception was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was most helpful and attended to all our needs and requests. The cleaners were also very accommodating and cleaned the apartments daily at a time convenient for us ( for us we preferred the apartments to be cleaned when we left for sight seeing) I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends . The outdoor terrace was a very nice size with lovely furniture. Unfortunately for us the weather was not so hot, that we could make use of the outdoor pool. A very good selection of bars and restaurants on your door step. For one of the evening meals we dined locally at Al Wadi ( a halal restaurant , the food was very yummy - adane kebab is a must) We arrived at the restaurant at the opening time of 8pm and hence we were very lucky to get a table as it was very busy being a Sat night , you need to ensure you book in advance . We also booked a table Michelin star seafood restaurant at Cañabota a week in advance and we’re not disappointed, a must for seafood lovers, not for those who cannot stomach raw fish as some tasting dishes were composed of raw fish We also booked a sight seeing tour at the Alcazar with Viator and were not disappointed . The tour guide Lina was very knowledgeable with a very good command of English. Would not hesitate to book with Viator again. We also booked a tour guide with “ Get your guide” we were very disappointed , there was no tour guide at the designated meeting point , all you get for the ticket price is the entrance to site with no option to purchase audio as we were advised they were all sold out. Would never again purchase any activity /tour with “ GetYour Guide”

One arriving 1. toilet seat was broken, although Carmen did offer to get it fixed 2. the safe was not fitted although Carmen did offer to get it fitted There was a dishwasher, however there were not enough dishwasher tablets for the length of our stay, and as a result unfortunately on washing the fruit salad bowl slipped from my hands and broke. To reach the main bedroom you needed to go up a flight of steps which was a little too steep and uncomfortable for elderly parents to climb. Hence they had to sleep in downstairs bedroom in separate beds

We liked everything! The apartment itself was superb and well equipped. It overlooks the square and is as central as it gets. It's an oasis in the middle of the the tourist area so you can go out for an hour or two and then retreat. Aircon was excellent. Any minor issues were quickly resolved by Carmen mainly, who was terrific. We decided to stay three extra days and she facilitated that easily and we stayed in our apartment for two of those and then transferred to an adjacent on for the last night which was simple. The place is close to lots of good eating houses of different levels. Most enjoyable stay!

We liked everything

The location is perfect to reach by foot most of the go to places at Seville, and when you leave the apartment you have a fantastic plaza of the original Casa de la Moneda, and when you get to the street you are in a perfect place with a nice Movida and looking to the walls of the cathedral across the plaza. If you count with the stairs inside the apartment, the place is excellent for large families, with space for everyone to rest a prepared to cook or have a normal meal that you can get outside.

Being picky, there was some mess under one of the beds (a lost flip-flop and an empty popcorn bag) that would be easily detected by the cleaning staff if the looked, and of course being an (rebuilt) old building the where some small bugs here and there. But it's being picky. I could be a bad day. We would go back tomorrow.

The rooftop terrace apartment was perfect!!! We stayed 2 nights in that apartment, when in a road trip to Granada and then returned for 1 more night in the 3 bedroom apartment. While the rooftop was sensational, the complex offers a lovely rooftop terrace for guests in the other rooms, with an “honesty bar” that we thought was so brilliant!!! We loved this place. Carmen and Fatima were completely outstanding to deal with - nothing was too much trouble!!!! We would definitely return. It was also located right in the centre of Sevilla, so was incredibly convenient. Thank you Carmen and Fatima!
