Thank goodness the hotel is undergoing an outer revitalisation of the building, as upon the drive up, I thought we made a huge mistake. The inside of the hotel is very nice and modern and as I understand it is mainly a conference hotel, so the location for that makes total sense as otherwise you need a car or as we have chosen a taxi to get to/from. We got a duplex room with the bed upstairs and living area downstairs with a toilet on both levels, which I thought was cool. The room was clean and cosy with a kettle, fridge, hairdryer and toiletries provided. The bed was comfy albeit a bit short for me :)

The A/C didn't work in our room, so we slept with the window open, which was rather noisy as we had our room facing a busy carriegeway. The shuttle service to/from the town centre only upto 6pm.

Like: The hotel is wonderful inside, and was a very comfortable stay. Excellent facilities and super reception staff. Dislikes: there was ongoing building work on the outside on the building, but I guess this work has to be completed at some point, therefore that’s probably just bad timing. The location was out of town, and did provide a shuttle bus. The downside is there is no where to walk to (ie shops) They are a very short taxi ride away with how the road is laid out (like a dual carriageway) Overall fantastic hotel, that I would choose again if I was to return to Seville.

- the room was very spacious - ample free and paid parking - pet-friendly - staff is very friendly and helpful - the biggest Ilunion hotel in Spain - free shuttle bus to and from the train station

- no egg station; there were eggs, I guess I'm used to other Ilunion hotels having an egg station (made upon request) that it was quite a surprise to not see it in this hotel - a bit far from the station, so if you get back to the hotel past the shuttle bus time, you'd have to take the uber or taxi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the incredible crew! All the workers were amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their warmth made my experience truly memorable. The facilities were great, but it was the staff that really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service!

It was quite far from the main attractions and the city center, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. If you’re looking to explore the area easily, this might not be the best choice. However, the hotel itself was nice and had friendly staff, so it's still worth considering if location isn’t a priority for you.

The hotel was amazing, super clean, luxurious with a lot of facilities and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It has a nice big chilling pool that was really nice in Seville’s hot weather. Rooms are very clean. You can leave your luggage for a couple of days if needed in the luggage room which is an amazing facility if you are having a short trip like in our case. Also, it has a shuttle bus going back and forth to Metro station that made the transportation easy. It has a big nice mall “elcorte englis” right behind it which is about 15 minutes walking.

Now, the location is not in the heart of the city and not in downtown so this might be the only negative point. However, there is a shuttle bus that goes back and forth from the hotel to the nearest metro station with an easy access to downtown. It is only 4 stops far so it takes you literally 15 mins to downtown.

We were upgraided to a suite & so we arrived in 'heaven' - such a luxury! A spacious room with a perfect bed, sitting lounge & impressive bathroom. The whole hotel is a cathedral of luxury; take a look at photos and you'll understand what I mean. The breakfast buffet was great & eating dinner in the bar was a nice experience. The staff are very friendly. A great advantage of this hotel is the SHUTTLE SERVICE to the metro. It makes reaching the center of Sevilla very comfortable and cheap. This is the kind of hotel you hate to leave!

This hotel is more like a resort, from the hotel room quality and size even to the last minute accommodations. I went with my family, and I needed a crib. From the time of us checking in till we entered the hotel room the crib was provided and even the feeding table for my one year old. This staff is very courteous and nice. All front desk assistants are amazing and made our experience much easier with their ability to speak English. Everyone from the on-site restaurants and buffet services was amazing. I would definitely recommend booking the meal accommodations with your reservation. It will exceed your expectations. This location is definitely a 10 of 10 for me and it is not even the summer season

I love everything here the only feedback I would give in the children who are staying had access to like a play room for all ages. I know in the summer season this is very common this facility offers.

Big, nice, clean room. very big comfortable king bed. delicious breakfast with lots of selections. free parking.

When I booked and checked in at the hotel, I both requested a quiet room. I still got a room on 1st floor near the front door. Every morning I was woke up by the noice from people talking in front of the window because there were a lot of tour buses parking in front of my window. In addition, when my husband called the front desk to ask a blanket since there was only thin sheet for his bed, they brought a mattress first. Then after he showed them. They understood to bring a thick blanket. Theire English is limited.

Own private parking spaces for free. The swimming pool had enough sun beds and was nice big. The temperature of the water was nice. The room was surprisingly big with a little living room corner to relax.

We decided to eat one night in the hotel restaurant and were really disappointed. The french fries were almost raw and the rest of the food did not taste good either. The cheesecake was suppose to be warm but it seemed it came out of the fridge and did not taste self made. The waiters on the other hand were really nice, which makes it a little bit more bearable. The hotel is too far away from the city, if you would like to do sightseeing in the city. The hotel does offer a shuttle to the nearest metro station for free.

The transfer to the metro was very convenient.. with a van operating between 7am to 10:30 pm. There was lots of parking available at the hotel. Room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety and was well maintained. Staff were professional. The lounge area was a nice place to have a drink and relax.

While it isn’t as convenient as a centrally located hotel in the heart of Sevilla, the price is excellent and the savings and quality of accommodation make the 30 minute commute (by hotel transfer and metro) a small sacrifice.
