My Mum and I had a wonderful, relaxing holiday here. Decent size rooms, comfy beds, good hot shower, good gym, good spa, great food but what really makes this place are the staff. They are wonderful. They speak perfect English but entertained me trying to speak Spanish! Really kind, helpful. Loved our fitness sessions with Victor. I imagine in the summer it's pretty busy with entertainment around the main pool but in September/October it was quiet & there's another quieter pool. About 30 mins walks from Pollensa but it's lovely and several great restaurants along the way. Great bus connection (including to the airport). Left feeling healthier & more refreshed.

It is a bit further from Pollensa but it's really busy there so if you want to enjoy Pollensa without the bustle it's perfect. The beach had some problems with sewage in heavy rain so the pools were a godsend. Unfortunately the hairdryers are pretty old and basic so if that's important to you bring your own - new hairdryers would be the biggest improvement...but perhaps that speaks more of how great it is if that's the only real negative I can find!

We had a lovely stay at Club Del Sol Mallorca. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was very convenient. Parking was available on the street, and the bus station nearby made it easy to reach places like Formentera Beach. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming — always happy to answer any questions we had, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. We also enjoyed the cava at the bar, which was reasonably priced, and the breakfast was excellent: abundant, varied, and delicious.

The only downside for us was the dinner. At €25 per person without drinks included, we found it a bit overpriced. The selection was rather standard and not very flavorful, and we would have appreciated more local dishes to truly reflect the spirit of Mallorca.

We had such a wonderful stay with our soon to be 3 year old. It was perfect for a family holiday. We went self catering and hired a car so we could eat out and enjoy days out around the island. We did eat at the restaurant a few times which was great and very reasonable. The facilities on site are fab and the staff are so lovely and friendly. The hotel is on the main road between Port Pollensa and Alcudia old town, so ideal if you wish to rent a car or bike. (We did both - you can hire a bike with a kids seat at the hotel) We really loved our stay and it felt super easy with kids. We would really recommend a trip to Soller (1 hour) Pollensa old town (15 mins) and Alcudia old town (10 mins). Port Pollensa (10 mins) is good too for restaurants and kids play parks on the beachfront. Thank you, we hope to be back again soon!

This is a great resort for families and is well laid out with that in mind. There is a kids club, kids splash pool where we spent most of our time and two separate adult pools with kids pools attached. We had a suite which had the separate bedroom and living room which was excellent. The area is very quiet but may depend on room location in the resort. The Buffet food (£15 breakfast, £25 dinner) was excellent. The restaurant next door is good for something different. Town is easily reached on the bus from right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the entertainment decent. This is a great hotel and we would definitely return. Grandma also had a great time (and she can be hard to please!)

There’s nothing we did not like. It would be useful however to know what the dinner buffet is each night beforehand so we could preplan where to eat. Otherwise we had to wait until it opened at 6.30pm and then decide. Asides from that this hotel really exceeded our expectations which doesn’t often happen!

Great value for money. Went for the room and breakfast option, breakfast was a buffet with lots of options. The room had everything you could need and includes a balcony with a table and chairs. If you want a buffet dinner one evening, you can pay to have dinner at reception. The night entertainment was great and the pool bar/restaurant had great options too. Location wise - there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel heading to Alcudia and opposite the hotel for the bus to Port De Pollensa. The bus to Port De Pollensa is about a 10 minute journey and to Alcudia is about 15/20 minutes, you can use your debit card to tap in and then tap out when you get off the bus. Overall, the hotel was great!

The only thing that let the hotel down was the outdoor pool - not heated and was absolutely freezing. If you are over 18 you can use the indoor spa pool, but it’s not overly big.

Staff were super friendly and great with our 8 month old. We had everything we needed in our suite and the food at the evening buffet was always lovely the few times we went. Plenty of pools and sunbeds and not too far from Puerto de Pollença, Pollenca old town and Alcúdia. Bus easy to use and at the stop is at the bottom of the hotel drive so perfect. We had a car so were able to explore that way but we did use the bus on occasions. Plenty of parking too if you do hire a car.

Entertainment was a little dated some nights

There was a great family atmosphere, well set up for children with 5 pools, 3 of which were shallow. There was kids entertainment and a positive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, the location was great and it was all kept very tidy. You could rent bikes on site and the gym was air conditioned, the spa was empty

The gym opens and closes at 8, would be better to have extended hours There was little variation in the breakfast and no specials The evening entertainment is audible across the whole site until 2230

We stayed for 6 nights in a suite apartment in building 4 overlooking de main pool and everything was excellent. The location is ideal — very convenient for visiting both Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. The pools are perfect for kids. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We’ll be back!

The pool bar menu is varied with many options; it would be even better if the quality improved slightly.

Friendly staff making everything easy. Rooms are big with balcony to enjoy your breakfast or dinner if weather was fine (we were in May when it was still more on chilly side and certainly not hot). Location was great for our needs (exploring island on bike and with car), and even if you want to get to center of city it's just few minutes walk.

Walls are pretty thin so it can get a bit noisy if you get party neighbors :) But otherwise all was great

The apartment was spacious and clean and had a brilliant view of the sea and pools. They were able to provide a cot for our baby and someone was available to check us on at 3am when we arrived. There is a mini market and restaurant on site, but the location is only a 5 min drive from shops to get a larger range of snacks and supplies for the week. Pollensa beach is less than 15 mins away. Plenty of parking space available at the accommodation too.
