We had such a wonderful stay with our soon to be 3 year old. It was perfect for a family holiday. We went self catering and hired a car so we could eat out and enjoy days out around the island. We did eat at the restaurant a few times which was great and very reasonable. The facilities on site are fab and the staff are so lovely and friendly. The hotel is on the main road between Port Pollensa and Alcudia old town, so ideal if you wish to rent a car or bike. (We did both - you can hire a bike with a kids seat at the hotel) We really loved our stay and it felt super easy with kids. We would really recommend a trip to Soller (1 hour) Pollensa old town (15 mins) and Alcudia old town (10 mins). Port Pollensa (10 mins) is good too for restaurants and kids play parks on the beachfront. Thank you, we hope to be back again soon!

This is a great resort for families and is well laid out with that in mind. There is a kids club, kids splash pool where we spent most of our time and two separate adult pools with kids pools attached. We had a suite which had the separate bedroom and living room which was excellent. The area is very quiet but may depend on room location in the resort. The Buffet food (£15 breakfast, £25 dinner) was excellent. The restaurant next door is good for something different. Town is easily reached on the bus from right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the entertainment decent. This is a great hotel and we would definitely return. Grandma also had a great time (and she can be hard to please!)

There’s nothing we did not like. It would be useful however to know what the dinner buffet is each night beforehand so we could preplan where to eat. Otherwise we had to wait until it opened at 6.30pm and then decide. Asides from that this hotel really exceeded our expectations which doesn’t often happen!

Great value for money. Went for the room and breakfast option, breakfast was a buffet with lots of options. The room had everything you could need and includes a balcony with a table and chairs. If you want a buffet dinner one evening, you can pay to have dinner at reception. The night entertainment was great and the pool bar/restaurant had great options too. Location wise - there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel heading to Alcudia and opposite the hotel for the bus to Port De Pollensa. The bus to Port De Pollensa is about a 10 minute journey and to Alcudia is about 15/20 minutes, you can use your debit card to tap in and then tap out when you get off the bus. Overall, the hotel was great!

The only thing that let the hotel down was the outdoor pool - not heated and was absolutely freezing. If you are over 18 you can use the indoor spa pool, but it’s not overly big.

Friendly staff making everything easy. Rooms are big with balcony to enjoy your breakfast or dinner if weather was fine (we were in May when it was still more on chilly side and certainly not hot). Location was great for our needs (exploring island on bike and with car), and even if you want to get to center of city it's just few minutes walk.

Walls are pretty thin so it can get a bit noisy if you get party neighbors :) But otherwise all was great

I loved the location because it was out of the main centre but still on the ocean front and close enough to walk and there is a running / cycling track on the main road. There is a range of pools to use in the hotel and constant entertainment but not too intense. I would say great for families. The rooms are new and fresh. We hired a car which worked really well. The restaurant in the hotel was buffet and the diverse range of food was great.

The opening hours of the spa was 10 to 6 which doesn’t work well with kids as would have loved to use the facilities late at night when the kids were asleep or in the morning. The mattresses are a little hard and kitchen very small so impossible to properly cook in the room. Had to eat out most nights.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. The suite was quiet, with a perfect view. Also, there is a furnished balcony, where we've kept the road bikes. For travellers who are not taking all inclusive option, still you can have lunch and dinner in the resort for reasonable price. There is a very nice pool, but cycling all the time we did not have a chance to use it. Many thanks to Ana Maria and all the staff over there, they were very professional and helpful. There are other facility such as bicycle rental and repair shop, gym, a convinient store, and if you need to commute, at the entrance, there is a bus stop either for Pollenca or Alcudia.

I would suggest to consider opening the breakfast earlier. We had to skip two times the breakfast, because 8 AM was too late for days with long rides. Another suggestion is related to the parking lot spots, facing the pool. A painted line spot will force everybody to park properly, instead of random, occupying more than what they need and most important one to avoid blocking the accessibility ramp.

The apartment was spacious and clean and had a brilliant view of the sea and pools. They were able to provide a cot for our baby and someone was available to check us on at 3am when we arrived. There is a mini market and restaurant on site, but the location is only a 5 min drive from shops to get a larger range of snacks and supplies for the week. Pollensa beach is less than 15 mins away. Plenty of parking space available at the accommodation too.

The decor was fab, the kids' entertainment was nonstop, and my daughter had the best time, met friends, and got engaged with the evening activities. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. Nothing was an issue, and they always had a smile on their faces. The room was perfect, lots of room. My mum who is nearly 80 found the lifts, lack of steps really great, she could get away easily and without a worry of falling over.

would be great to have a kitchenette to cooks small meals, chopping board, knives, forks and plates.

The fact that gym and spa are included was an unexpected bonus. The spa did wonders for us. The pool was execellent and being between buildings meant th wind wasnt very noticeable making the stay around the pool area very pleasant. We ate at the pool bar, which was really good food as well and everyone very friendly.

We didnt have breakfast or dinner icluded in our booking and we thought potentially upgrading, but the price for brakfast it's way too overprice for just breakfast.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, our room looked out onto the pool was so handy with a baby we could sit by the pool and my partner could go back to the room and do his bottle. It’s a very child friendly hotel and we had such a lovely stay. The hotel I feel is 10x better than it looks on booking.com I liked that it was a small hotel, there’s an on-site shop which is handy. We didn’t do all inclusive but paid for it each night for €24 each, the variety of food was amazing I had fresh sea bass cooked for me one night with asparagus and rice, salad bar was excellent. Just can’t fault this hotel.
