Staff, clean and location superb

Noisy noisy noisy - walls are so thin it’s like being sat with people from either side of you - every door you can hear slammed not good for good nights sleep and can hear word for word conversations next door - I’ve stayed few times now Best being at least on floor two or three , if your on floor one it’s so so noisy

Location of the hotel could not be better, slap bang in the middle of the bars, restaurants, etc.

Amazing breakfast that certainly appealed to my palate. everything from freshly prepared eggs both scrambled and fried plus hard-boiled eggs. Another hot chafing dish of bacon and beans, And an assortment of pastries and delicious fresh baguettes with butter. Healthy cereals like granola and muesli and fresh nuts as an accompaniment. Platters of fresh fruit, cheeses, and cold cuts. Excellent coffee and tea with a choice of milk, sugar, and also honey, and there were jams. I loved that there was a special room for all the bicycles with outlets to charged them if needed. Also assorted tools and locks to repair. There is a huge Garrafon of water to fill water bottles also. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is right across the road from the marina with a beautiful view of the sea, and the mountains and the boats in their slips. There’s a lovely famous café, right across the street serving delicious foods and pastries and coffees and teas. There are restaurants abound everywhere. my room had a mini fridge and a kettle and assorted teas and coffee and a blow dryer and a safe.

The only drawback I could possibly think of is that there are no USB ports available in the room. Having said that I am a seasoned traveller and I always make sure I have chargers with me.

I loved the included breakfast, spotless rooms, and super central location—just steps from the beach and top restaurants. Plus, the friendly, helpful staff made the stay even better.

My main issue was the lift- it was very small, industrial-style, and frankly unreliable. I got stuck between 2 floors once, and saw other guests stuck too. The staff seemed used to it and unfazed when I had to knock on the door for help, which was worrying. Although I was fine, it made me too nervous to use the lift again, meaning I had to climb the stairs several times a day. Definitely not suitable for anyone needing a dependable lift, such as wheelchair users.

- Breakfast was top-notch - I could bring up my bike to my room without any issue (and there was also a room for hanging up the bikes in the ground-floor) - Right in front of the beach, right in the middle of Port Pollensa, just besides all restaurants in the town - Good price for the room with breakfast included - The restaurant in the bottom floor had really good food - the boneless lamb I ate is among the best things I've had in my life!

The only thing negative point I can think of is the shower in my particular room: I could barely fit there (and I'm thin). Another improving point is that the window was to the inside of the building facing other windows.

Great central location with great balconies overlooking the marina and central area. Ideal for exploring the area with good restaurants, beaches, shops and public transport on the doorstep. It can be noisy at night so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a little small (especially the bathroom) and some of the equipment a little basic. Mattress was a bit worn with a pit in the middle and balcony chairs a little flimsy. However the trade off is being right in the middle of everything which was more than worth it for us.

Breakfast was great with options of cooked eggs and beacon, pastries, cereals and I think some cheese options. Coffee and juice were available also. We had a vegetarian and a vegan with our group and they didn't seem to have any problems. The location is perfect being in the centre of the town and on the front with plenty of options for food and drinks near by. Room serviced every day if you want.

The only thing I would like to see is a bigger area for bike storage / assembly. Having said that there was basic tools and a couple of track pumps for use.

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were helpful and informative. Breakfast was very good and the buffet catered for all tastes. Our room was bright, cheerful and clean with a fabulous view of the sea.

On our first night the bar on the opposite corner of the road became really noisy at about 2am with drunk people shouting and singing (badly) until well after the bar shut. The bar shuts at 4am! We told the staff at reception the next day and they did all they could to help us in case the same should happen the following night. Fortunately for us it rained the next night so the bar was quiet. It is really unfortunate for the hotel that the bar has been allowed to stay open so late. In all other ways this hotel is fabulous.

Excellent location with side balcony of seaside view, receptionists are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers full ranges of choices. 6-7 min walk to central bus station, 4-5 mins to seaside, just off from the busy area of the port, very lovely location

The shower screen panel doesn't really stop water from flooding the shower room, leaving the floor really wet. the panel could be wider and the basin be higher.

Amazing stay. Couldn't recommend enough. Everything was perfect. Room was bright, very clean. Had AIRCON, safe, kettle. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Got lots of options, from english breakfast to continental, coffee machine, cereal and yoghurt station. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the cleaners were very thorough. Also, the sun terrace at the top of the building was a real treat and had a breathtaking view. Pizza restaurant was also very nice. The staff even packed up a breakfast for me on my last day.

I had a single room with a window facing the dark inner courtyard. Not a place you'd spend the day in. Perfect for me though as I was outside all day, and the room was a lovely place to rest in the evenings. There are many rooms with beach views though, but this room was perfect for me and was amazing value for the price. Will try visit this great hotel again. Thank you to the owners.
