Very friendly reception staff, big shout out for Chris who made us very welcome when we arrived and had our rooms ready ahead of time.. Cafeteria had a nice vibe and very popular with locals at lunch time. Rooms whilst simply furnished were large with plenty of wardrobe space. Remote control air conditioning was a nice touch.. we had a small balcony with two chairs which meant we were able to sit outside if we wanted.

There was nothing not to like about the hotel it was exactly as it looked in the photographs. Breakfast choice was a little limited but for 6 euros it was good value, and useful that you could pay by the day which meant we could breakfast before an early departure from the hotel.

The location in Old Town is very good. Staff are friendly. Not far from Poniente and Malpas beaches. Also close to the pedestrian Old Town area. Breakfast is always good (for me anyway) with a selection of hot and cold food, also fruit.

Have now stayed here 7 times. Each time, the price has gone up, while the hotel is getting further away from its refurbishment in 2014. The quality of the rooms is good, but each time I stay here, I get a slightly lower quality room, but pay more. There are better value hotels in the area and I'm now at the point of thinking, if the price goes up anymore, the familiarity of the hotel will no longer swing it for me to stay again.

Lovely hotel situated in the old town, I was only there for a short stay of 2 nights but found the rooms very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller and very clean. The room had a balcony which overlooked a neighbouring street where there was renovations going on so could be quite noisy during working hours. The breakfast selection was very good. 2 nights stay with breakfast for £97 can’t be beaten in my opinion.

Staff were lovely, the room was very clean . I liked the fact I could open the window and it wasn’t too hot in the room . There was a tv with a BBC on it! Also a fridge to put my water in

I personally found the bed not very comfy but I realise this is subjective; other people may find it super comfy. The walls were very thin… a woman in the next room was talking to her boyfriend on the phone until after 2am and I could hear every word.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location is excellent, and the food they served was of high quality. It truly offered good value for money. However, there was one downside that affected our stay. The sound insulation in the rooms was quite poor. On our first night, we couldn't sleep due to a loud discussion happening in the adjacent room, which continued until 7 am. This was a significant disturbance. Despite this issue, I believe that, in general, the hotel is one of the best choices in Benidorm. If they can address the soundproofing problem, it would make for an even more exceptional stay.

From checking in to leaving I did not find one thing wrong at all. The young man on check spoke really good English, he took his time and explained everything that I needed to know, he had a very nice manner. The Hotel can only be described as “Spotless “ the cleaning staff were first class, I sat on Saturday afternoon with a drink in the lounge area, a young woman was busy cleaning, she never stopped working the whole time I sat there. The room was fairly basic, but again spotless and clean, but all you need for a short trip. The bathroom was very nice and modern, the shower was very powerful and again spotless and clean. Breakfast was good and actually very good for a 3 star hotel. Location, was good just a two minute walk and you are at Tapas Alley. All the staff were very friendly and polite. I can definitely recommend the hotel and would certainly stay again.

Only minor thing was no English channels on the tv.

Nice area close to the Eche park and Old Town all in walking distance. The room was nice and tidy, new furniture. The balcony outside was a great + since I smoke. The was also a fridge in the room where I could stock up cold beverages.

The beds could have been better. The mattress was hard and the pillow very low so I didn’t get any support for my neck and shoulders.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS GREAT, HANDY FOR EVERYTHING IN THE OLD TOWN THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD THE ROOM WAS MODERN (FELT NEW REALLY) I LEFT MY PASSPORT IN THE SAFE & THE STAFF FOUND IT FOR ME & KEPT IT FOR ME UNTIL MY RETURN GOOD CHOICE OF A HOTEL

NOT REALLY THE HOTELS FAULT BUT THE SCHUTTLE BUS DROVE STRAIGHT PAST IT & HAD TO WALK BACK A BIT

Everything was very good. The room was comfortable, spacious, plenty of towels and a fridge Breakfast was excellent, lots of options and exceeded our expectations The hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

A kettle in the room would be good.
