My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Austin Airport exceeded expectations. The enormous suite had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a delightful surprise. I also appreciated that the room had no carpet—a bonus. The location couldn’t be more convenient for anyone flying in or out of Austin-Bergstrom Airport, and the rate was very competitive. To top it off, complimentary parking added real value to the overall package.

The shower proved temperamental: it started icy cold, would warm up briefly, then suddenly go cold again. Breakfast was a significant letdown, consisting of only cookies and a cup of brewed coffee—we genuinely felt misled by the “breakfast” promise. While the check-in staff were welcoming and helpful, the following morning, an attendant seemed less friendly, though she remained respectful.

After leaving a very bad hotel the first day of our vacation we ended up finding this hotel and were met with a very nice and accommodating staff who gave us early arrival with a clean room and excellent hotel where we felt safe and clean.

Facilities and the room were very clean and had a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was comfortable as well. I also liked that it had shades that closed and opened from top to bottom instead of curtains/drapes. That was a nice little detail I personally liked. It was a good price, too, considering the price of the hotels around the same area.

The AC worked but not really, I wanted the temperature of the room to be at 73 and I put that on the thermostat and it never got to that. I had to put it at 66 for it to feel 73. Since it did get to my desired temperature I did not notify the front desk, but that should be looked at.

Near the airport, comfy, clean, spacious room.

Check in after midnight took along time. Although, the lady was nice, I couldn't communicate with her in English as she spoke a language that I don't speak. We came to know there is breakfast at 10:45 am. We missed it. I'm not mad at her, mad at managment. No coffee maker, no hair dryer.

The overall factors that I loved about the property (my particular room) was it had 100%, all of the necessities, including a comfortable bed, tv, walk in shower (clean), clean restroom, stove, full refrigerator, microwave, window, and hardwood floor. This was literally one of the best properties that I have ever stayed in.

staff wasn’t the best. lady that attended me at the front desk was very blunt. initially I arrived around 1:30pm and asked if by any chance rooms were ready then. she said at 3pm they would be. I go back at 2:52pm to get my hotel card and she looks at the time, sighs, and mentions she only has a room on the 1st floor since the rest weren’t ready yet (emphasizing what she had mentioned earlier about them being ready at 3pm). no smile or anything.

Cleanliness of room and general property.

Vending machine was out of service, housekeeping blocked the hallway at checkout which made the trips of getting my things to my car difficult.

My stay here has been very comfortable and peaceful. Housekeeping made sure I was accommodated with all the necessities my room needed. If your in need of anything just ask for Ms. Keeta. If your room needs a great cleaning while out, ask for Anna she’s one of the best housekeepers around.

Very nice conveniently located close to airport. Room was very nice roomy. Loved the fact it has a full kitchenette.

Bed was a bit rough. And the emptying of the rubbish under the sink and microwave was overlooked but quickly handled.

The distance to the airport and the cost

The breakfast could have been better. Needed more hot items. The boiled eggs weren't good.The white of the eggs were hard and shriveled up.
