Wonderful location! On the pedestrian promenade right on the bay, each room with a delightful view and balcony. And that also meant quiet. Along this promenade are cafes and eateries (and there are myriad more in Orient Street behind), plus jetties for the first cuppa. I loved that this is a modest traditional motel (among garish oversized ones), yet with all mod cons. The lighting was good (both natural and electric), and table/chairs very useful. Excellent bathroom with terrific hot shower (walk-in). Staff were just lovely. I highly recommend ZORBA for a peaceful holiday.

As I say to all providers of accom - please please stop folding sheets in ever sillier ways, rather than just using doona covers. It always ends up a mess, with the doona itself not covered at all.

Fantastic location, view from the rooms was unbeatable. The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. Answered any questions we had and gave us nice recommendations in the area. Room was good size for a two night stay. Very close to the main promenade with restaurants and shops less than 5min walk away.

Shower head was a little dirty and could have used abit more attention to cleaning. Lighting in the room could be a little better as there was only one overhead light located at the front door entrance but not over the main sitting area. Overall would definitely recommend a stay here!

The venue's location so close to the water and direct access to the boulevard along the bay made our visit magical. Especially being able to walk so easily on the flat to nearby restaurants, bakeries and banks. Also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, including the cleaner who helped us with directions. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was not large, but it had everything that we needed, and the building's age was not reflected in its content or service. Free off-street parking also allayed any concern about our vehicle's security. The whiteness of the building's exterior was dazzling and it set us in the mood for a great stay!

These were single units of 2 storeys and consisted of one single and one double bed. The room had great views over Bateman's Bay and it was easy to get out to the esplanade. The location was good for the town and restaurants. Parking was easy and the room quiet, except for the fridge. Kitchen crockery and cutlery were available from friendly receptionists as was a microwave. The bathroom was clean and soap and shampoo were provided.

Just one issue for us - the bed had rollers and moved if you leaned on it, causing the potential for falling.

Well priced for what it is. Good location. Rooms were exceptionally clean.

Stairwell is not lit at all at night , I had to go to the car about 10pm and the stairs were pitch black , and they are quite steep so quite a hazard. Also a staff member was smoking in the cleaning closest thing down the side/alleyway of the building (we saw them sitting there smoking) and we walked through there a few times as it’s accesses the water front the whole area was filled with smoke. It drifted into the carpark as well , we could smell is strongly while packing and unpacking the car. Some people don’t mind cigarette smoke but as I have small kids I am quite sensitive to it.

The RSL close by have Amazing LARGE meals. We had tea then took a takeaway container home each. And got a takeaway dessert. Definitely value for money. And very fast service. Close to all shops and across the road from a beautiful walk and seafood restaurant. I'll be back. 👌🏻

Only something simple but had no microwave. Be sure to ask for one and you will get one when you book.

Really liked this hotel. The communication with them was easy and timely. The location was good. Easy to find, restaurants a few yards away and I felt safe at all hours. Super clean! Not a hair in the bathroom, not a stain in the towels or sheets. And I am picky. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were thin. Parking was easy, in front of the hotel.

Pillows were thin. I like to sleep in a very cold room and the air conditioner would only blow hot air, had to open the window.

The room is a good size, with comfortable bed. Had the basics for our stay. No real view from our room. But they do have waterfront rooms, these don’t come up as options when you book threw a third party app though, boom direct for one of those. Location is right in the Main Street, so close to everything.

I have nothing to put here, the whole stay was great.

We have stayed here before and returned because of the location, the good beds, the view and the fact that you can open everything up to let the breeze through. The outlook is lovely and staff are friendly and helpful. I have recommended Zorba to friends but it has always been booked out on their dates. We'll be back.

The TV could be upgraded. It was smaller than we are used to, the sound didn't sync with the picture and the picture wasn't good quality (pixelated). We re-tuned the channels but it didn't help.

Good position in the heart of town. Room was clean and look recently refurbished.

Outside lighting made the room at night too light which interrupted my sleep. Needs a timer or better blockout curtains. Also the ground was wet and I slipped on the painted direction arrows on the driveway. I suggest they be redone with anti slip paint. Very dangerous.
