It is with heavy heart that I have to resort to this means by way of complaint against the hotel and Booking.com….. I was overcharged by some 30 odd CHf for my stay! The hotel have eventually accepted their mistake after correspondence with them and the Booking site…. They offered to pay but some two months on I am still waiting. Booking.com have closed the complaint as resolved and all correspondence with the hotel and them have been cleared from the app…. It will be interesting to see if this is published…. Other than that I would have rated the hotel as very good….

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The restaurant food was no longer any good. The cook changed recently and the food was much better before. Dodgy seafood, tired bored meat. Undercooked uninteresting veggies, Maggie-type instant sauce. Felt slightly ill. Really disappointed because of my previous good experiences I was looking forward to eating here but never again. Sorry but you need to hear it.

The staff, room and restaurant were all wonderful. Our room for 4 was spacious and the facilities were great. We enjoyed the restaurant multiple times and the sauna. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was no laundry available or nearby. We didn't expect it but we're hoping there may be somewhere we could launder our clothes

Friendly staff, Nice bar (with nice snacks around apero time), nice wellness, great after day ok skiing, dinner OK but a "thai curry tofy" without rice is a bit too basic, breakfast has limited options and fairly basic. Station & shuttle to ski resort almost in front of the building (it's actually a taxibus, not a big bus). Would go again

I stayed before - the menu was a bit better then. But still very nice overall experience !

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town, just opposite the train station. We came in from Zurich for a liittle skiing and a weekend get away. The snow, whilst very sparce, did provide enough runs for the children to have some practice. The rooms were clean, and well set up. (especially for the children with the bunk beds in a separate section of the main suite. Very clean and spotless linens.

The ski run was indicated as 600 m from the hotel. If we could have flown over the freeways it probably was 600 m away. However, we had to walk, with young children, for over 1/2 hour. Carrying our ski equiptment, as there is no straight route to get to the slopes. That was disappointing. We did learn on our last day, that there is a bus that you can catch. We wish we had learnt that sooner!

The breakfast was excellent; very glad to have it included in our cost! The location of the hotel was perfect, especially to us who arrived by train!

The location was perfect. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean modern decorated room. Free parking front of the hotel.

The power sockets are specially designed for local use. Although I alway travel with international power adapter, I couldn't use it for such type of power sockets. I recommend to install at least 1 multi use socket.

Location was excellent - just opposite the train station - as we were on foot. Breakfast was very good. Complimentary coffee in the rooms very welcome. Staff very helpful. Didn’t have a Swiss adaptor for plug but they gave me one.

A pleasant change to have breakfast served and not just left out as a buffet. Despite mainly being a ‘town for those in transit’ the Forni still had a vibe from the locals and from those there to experience the historic mountain passes.

Lovely location, clean and comfortable room, pet friendly, helpful staff. Vegan options on the restaurant menu.

Very expensive, including an expensive pet supplement charge (CHF 20 per dog). Granted this is Switzerland, but I still found the price a bit too elevated. Very limited vegan options for breakfast.
