Perfect location. Walking distance to the Gondola, Grocery Market (coope city), downtown, and train. My husband and I spend a week there for a ski trip. We enjoyed staying at Radisson, besides location, hotel was so clean, bar and food were so good, breakfast was great! And, the staff were so friendly.

We did not enjoy the spa and the pool. Sauna: Sauna was too bright (lighting) with big windows, so it was not comfortable to be naked there in particular when it is crowded at 5pm. Swimming suits are forbidden in the spa but some people still wear them. Also there were not many infrastructure in the spa (mostly two saunas and a hamam). Pool: temperature of the water but mostly of the room was too cold to be enjoyable in Winter. Most people stay only 15 minutes and leave because the room temperature is a bit cold.

the hotel pool was nice, although a little cooler then I would have liked. the construction outside blocked some of the views of the mountains from the pool. staff was wonderful and helped me with my bags when I arrived. parking was just downstairs although there isn't enough parking dedicated to the hotel close by. Breakfast as huge and well stocked. restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.

Dinner at the hotel was just meh, and overpriced for what it was. I expected more considering the hotel itself. restaurant next door was much better.

Lovely room. Really nice breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was nice and quite (we were there off season).

Not the fault of the hotel. but the "berg and bahn" ticket that is sold at a discounted price through the hotels is very complicated. The receptionist forgot to mention that we needed to download a special PDF file for the train journey. Fortunately the train conductor was used to this and once he saw the email with our booking, he didn't insist on the PDF with the QR code. Not really her fault. She was very helpful and correctly got us to screenshot the barcodes for the gondolas.

Its location in Andermatt, in very centre of Swiss Alps, in between 3 important Alpine Passes, its Architecture with lots of wood and very nice finish, its wellness/sauna area, very rich and good breakfast buffet,…all this, a 5 min walk from Andermatt trainstation

Hotel Restaurant « Spun » seems « overpriced for the quality of food…particularly the deserts were not at all worth the price/tasty. Hotel Staff seems still in the « learning phase » with « lapsus » that should not happen in a Hotel of this Class (e.g. In the restaurant Taking plates away when still food on it-breakfast, cleaning service insisting at the door at 10 AM after being told to pass later,…reception to ask to pay the nights already paid at moment of booking through booking.com)…

Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our omelet.

Being debited for CHF400 to cover potential spending on the mini bar and the hotel in general. We always spend our money in the town to spend the benefits of tourism more widely. This money is not returned on departure and remains on the debit card for a number of days. We have stayed at Radison Blue a number of times in the past and have never faced this requirement before. We will check in future if we are staying at Radison Blue and such a requirement would be sufficient for us to make an alternative choice. We always pay in advance prior to arriving.

Very nice design of the main entrance and rooms. very friendly staff and spaciest parking with direct access to check in or even your rooms. Spa has breathtaking view of the mountains. I liked the clean room and incredible breakfast that had a great variety of different food, sweet and not, and everything was really very tasty. The bar offers also very nice drinks that were beautifully served.

The property is located not really in the city Center, so you must keep in mind that you will need to walk a little, but it was not a problem for me because I was with my dog and it is always nice to walk a little.

Brand new hotel. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is amazing. So many options and it all tastes so good. Close walk to one of the lifts and the town. Easy access to bus for Gemsstock lift. Lockers in the basement are nice to store gear. Great ski rental facility nearby.

With all the effort put into the hotel, i was surprised with how cheap the towels were. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. Pool was full of children and there was a separate kids area. Lockers don't quite fit everything for 2 people so still has to bring the boots back to the room.
