We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located very conveniently, right in the city center and close to restaurants, shops and the bus station as well. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. The staff were lovely and let us check in earlier. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was nice, but it was indeed quite basic (no extra towels, no fridge, no kettle, only one very small garbage bin). For us it was ok, for others it might not be. Also, it was a bit weird that our room had a door which was connected to someone else's room- fortunately it was locked, however if that person had been noisy, we would have definitely had trouble sleeping as you could hear almost everything from the other room.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They met our special requests promptly and efficiently. We were looking for a quiet room which it absolutely was and right on the historic centre for easy access to this beautiful area. The shower was very good and desk space was also a bonus. Kerry, Scotland

The cutains were just a little worn but this was nothing for the price paid and all the other positives. No fridge in the room but cold order water/drinks at their small bar.

The hotel staff were very helpful, from the first day to when we were checking out, they were very helpful. Also the hotel is placed very central and its close to everything, wonderful location

The pillows were not the most comfortable and the breakfast menu was small, however we honestly couldn't complain, it served its purpose.

Location - short walk top the bus station and close to the main attractions. Memory foam on the mattress made the bed softer.

The view outside the room window was a metal fire escape which was well lit during the night. The T.V. could have been bigger since T.V. are fairly cheap compared to 20 years ago. Room was small.

Brilliant location a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants and main squares. Welcoming and helpful staff on reception. Good value for money and varied breakfast options. After several nights of very hard beds in other hotels, full marks to Ibis for having mattress toppers.

No hand towels, only bath/shower towels

Perfect location, one minute walk from the centre. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast but from what I saw it a typical basic continental breakfast, enough to start the day.

The breakfast was very good for the class of hotel. The staff was efficient and helpful when necessary. The location was excellent, as it is central to most places of interest and the pedestrians’ only part of town. The room with a beautiful view was a plus as well. Good accessibility from the parking location.

When requesting a clothes’ iron, as it is stated in the website, was told it was being used by someone else. I suggest they get enough irons to go around for an hotel of that size.

We like this hotel. Location is great. Close to bus station, not far from train station. Just a few steps from city centre. Room has good size and we had balcony as well. We did not book breakfast so we can not tell.

Average breakfast, may be worth exploring the local cafes/bakeries for more quality food.
