The place is very well located, close to the main square and opposite of the Teatro Circo, which you can see from the windows. We had a room with a bathroom, there was also a kitchen and AC. It did switch off a few times during the night but then it turned back on so I’m not sure what happened. Don’t know about the staff, cause it was a self check in and we didn’t have to contact them. The lockbox in which the key was located was a bit difficult to open but we managed. There was a lift as well.

I stayed for 2 nights and was very impressed. There is no reception but support via messages is excellent, you get an answer in a few minutes. You get informed about everything, how to check in and out. My room was clean and spacious with 2 large windows facing Avenida de Liberdade - a very central place in Braga. Air conditioning was powerful. The whole accommodation is spotless, even the shared kitchen is immaculate. If you need to cook you can, there is a little terrace just outside the kitchen with a table and chairs. All the cutlery, cups, glasses, coffee machine, etc are there. And everything is very clean and tidy. Also, the place is quiet enough, with no noise from the street. When I revisit Braga first of all I will be looking for this place for availability. Recommend!

The location was very, very centrally located, making it easy to get around and see the area. It's also close to the bus station, which was really handy for us. Check in and check out were very easy. The staff we met were very nice. The AC made some odd noises, but it worked very well.

We would have liked a smaller bed to give room for a desk. It really helps to have a desk, but the giant beds made that not possible. If the room descriptions and pictures could make that more clear, it would be great. The coffee machine also needed some care, but I did that before I left. The front door to the building doesn't close very well, and is hard to lock; that would be something I'd like to see worked on.

Very comfortable, all the facilities needed and excellent and ready information about the check in and parking. Fantastic location and very kind staff. I loved having coffee and some oil available.

Excellent location to experience Braga. A beautiful City. Walking distance to eating spots, shopping and bus stops. Pretty much central to everything.

Was there for 7 days, no one checked on me to see if I needed clean sheets and towels. I had a problem with my phone so contact was a problem. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady one morning to exchange towels.

the place is well kept. Clean and tidy. Central. Great view of the city. the view was amazing. The common areas were well organized and clean. Very close to center of braga.

The humidity. The shower steams the room. It was winter the air conditioner did not warm work. I think the room is good. but if the heater works it would be perfect. I belive for the summer such a place should be great!

This place was amazing, location on mall across from Zara. Amenities great for a few days or a week, well equiped kitchen with coffee machine., lovely little balcony to back of building with view of cathedral. Spotlessly clean with fresh white towels when required, aircon a must. The owner very kindly took my laundry away to have washed, free of charge, even supplied a toaster when I asked..lovely friendly place to stay.. Highly recommend.🫶

Clean place, very good mattress (rather hard) so we had a good sleep. We had a room with a shower (Comfort room). Kitchen well equipped and clean. Good location in town centre.

The only thing which can be improved are instructions in English language (emails and other communication).

Location is just in center of the city. 5min walk from old town.

In the main toilet it was not possible to wash hands. Sink always was full of water. In the avenue electricity may gone without any explanation. Just make sure that you charged all your gadjets

The place was very clean, modern, and functional, with comfortable beds and a very helpful elevator. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The location is great, close to everything, including supermarkets and restaurants.
