Loved the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were spot on. Healthy and tasty. We stayed here 7 nights and had every meal at the hotel - we never got bored of eating here. Amazing vibe and super relaxing. Property is tastefully decorated. Staff are very nice (although some members lack experience). Great location from which to discover Menorca. Spa is amazing, make sure you book at least one treatment.

We were given the classic room (6) above the reception. It was a little noisy and the management should invest in sound proofing as you cannot charge 500e a night for guests to not have a peaceful night sleep. Staff need to be attentive to broken glass around the pool as it is an accident waiting to happen.

Food was very good, there was a lot on offer at breakfast and we really enjoyed the lunch/dinner menu. The restaurant area is lovely out the back of the hotel and the main building is very beautiful. We upgraded to a room with a pool and felt those rooms were much nicer than the terrace suites and much more private. The restaurant staff were really nice, there were a few stars who were so friendly and helpful.

I felt for the price of the rooms there could have been more attention to detail in some areas. Small things like bringing round umbrellas to rooms when it rained, or a nice welcome drink on arrival would help to make it feel a bit more luxury. Housekeeping was a bit sporadic e.g sometimes they’d fold towels etc and other times they’d make the bed only, one time they took the bath mat and didn’t replace it. While the pool is lovely, I really didn’t like the only option being the lay flat cabanas, I felt it was design over practicality and comfort. To sit up you’d have to prop yourself up with loads of cushions. The beds and cushions also needed a bit of a clean and they were all quite crushed together.

It s a really charming place. The place itself is amazing , falicities such is pool and spa area are really good too. We had a proper break and it was very relaxing. I do highly recommend it.

1. would have expected to receive a better welcome such us welcome drinks or even being offered a glass of water. When you pay 1k a night and the hotel is a 4 star venue this is the minimum a client would expect. 2. We have booked at the restaurant in the evening but our booking got forgotten so we had to wait half an hour, which we did not mind but again to make it up I would have expected to receive a gesture of goodwill from the hotel.

The property is beautiful. Surrounded by nature, decorated with great taste and the service is amazing. The restaurant is also really good. Honestly there is no need to leave the hotel.

it was a little far from the sea and the nearest cove was rocky and not easy for swimming. It was an enjoyable walk to Son Bou (and back) and the sea /sand are lovely there but the resort itself is quite ugly.

This is our 3rd time to experimental menorca and always have a good experience. It’s a lovely designed and relaxing space.

Wear and tear is starting to show and for the price we expect more. It was still really enjoyable and you don’t feel out of place with a toddler which is nice.

The property is adorable! The rooms are exactly what it looked like in the photos and very comfortable. I would say that the best thing about it is the staff! They are ALL extremely nice and always trying their best to achieve your needs. Would totally recommend!
