I thought I had booked twin beds, but when I arrived, my room had a double bed and couldn't be changed. Reception staff were very helpful and were able to move us though, and we were very happy with the room and its locaation.

We had a late dinner at the hotel, which was a buffet that was not well restocked. There was very little in the way of vegetarian food on offer at all, let alone what was still available. The chef didn't speak any English, and couldn't tell me what was vegetarian, and just seemed a bit annoyed. It was an expensive meal for what ended up being a bit of salad and some cauliflower bites. We didn't eat at the hotel again.

I loved my early morning stretches and exercises with Angel. The 9.30am outdoor classes were wonderful. All the reception staff were helpful and friendly and I really enjoyed chatting to Ana, who cleaned our room every day. It was delightful.

I can't think of anything to be improved. I loved the closeness to the nature reserve and the sunsets from the balcony. And I just loved the relaxed, chilled out vibe of the accomodation. It was a very special treat.

Excellent location, very near the Son Bou Beach. Hotel provided a shuttle to the beach, we ended up not using it as we rented a car - 5 minutes drive. I also witnessed people doing the route on foot, which I guess might be feasible but not with small kids. Hotel itself is quite pleasant. It has 3 circular swimming pools with different depths, perfect for children of different age. Rooms are nice, fairly modern on the inside although we can tell the hotel is not that recent. The scenery is very nice, green gardens all over the place. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, providing all necessary items, and a horse riding farm right across the street. Breakfast was good though lacking variety. Staff is super pleasant and helpful.

I felt it was a bit overpriced but it's hard to benchmark as prices are quite inflated this year (2022) due to post-covid travelling rage plus growing inflation. In a "normal" year I would expect to pay less for such accomodation. Also room cleaning could have been better, we kept having beach sand on the floor.

Excellent location for a comfortable overnight stop while hiking the Cami de Cavalls (GR223) . Well equipped room made complete although initially minus a stovetop coffee maker which was provided the next morning. Super accommodation with well kept grounds and inviting pools.

Friendly helpful staff. Meals - quality and convenience.

I'm sure I booked a twin-bedded room but we had only a double bed and a sofa bed. There were, apparently, very few twin bedded rooms (and none vacant). The only other gripe was the loud music played from the pool bar all afternoon. I complained to the bar staff but to no avail.

We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Nice large room with balcony. The pool area was nice with plenty of sunbeds and water toys for the children to play with.

We paid to eat in the restaurant which wasn’t cheap (€21 each). It was a buffet with limited choice of hot food.

Excellent setting and location friendly professional staff services and shuttle bus.

Internet was a little slow for our needs, maybe have a better service through paying.

This was a well-run hotel with excellent swimming pools, although we only used the pool once as we prefer the beach. The choice for breakfast was extensive and of very good quality. We only ate there in the evening once as we prefer a more atmospheric experience than most hotels of this type are likely to provide. The choice and quality of food on offer was also very good.

Perhaps the outside pool bar could have stayed open in the evening. Again, like most hotels of this type, the inner bar area lacked atmosphere. The outside bar could have provided this if it had remained open longer. Perhaps it does so later in the season.

Everything, it was perfect for our family. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and spacious, good size swimming pool, supermarket in the resort was very so convenient. Absolutely love our experience would come again and stay here
