The communication was great. I was contacted about my ETA that I make sure someone would be there when I arrived. I actually got lucky in my travels and was early, and I was able to park my vehicle and put some stuff in the room before checking in formally. I was even given the key and told to relax and enjoy the area, and everything would be done by the time I got back. I was very happy

The location was great. Close to the city centre it was an easy walk to food, bars and attractions. Also close to 2 x clubs and several beaches.
Our initial reactions to the outside of the hotel was it looked old and tired, but the room was spacious, it was comfortable, and it was very clean.

Spacious for a traveling family of 4. Clean and comfortable.
This is only a minor issue but the pool was dirty ( clear water but debris at the bottom) and didn’t look inviting for our kids to go for a swim.

Close to town so you can walk Staff are amazing, always willing to help you out Spacious 2bedroom unit for the kids and parents.

Great place to stop over. Beds & bathroom great. Bad lighting in room - fittings not working. Making it too dark. Needs a good cob web clean behind beds & corners☹️

I was surprised that considering it was next to a road, the room was nice and quiet!! Clean, comfortable and I thought it was everything we needed. Back door led directly to pool :)

Location was a great walking distance to everywhere
Not enough power points in the kitchen. You had to share one between the kettle and toaster.
