Easy in and easy out. Breakfast was much better than expected...cheese omelette is way better than fake eggs.

Communication, as we had a party of 5 different couples and requested to have rooms close by way in advance but when we got there none of that was done so we were scattered all over and different floors.

The manager and staff were super friendly,very clean facility,great location,easy access to everything in Lebanon. There was an issue with the water heater and the manager politely refunded me all of my money plus offered to help me find other lodging if needed. Super polite !!

The interstate is super close and my room was on the interstate side. It was nice because there was already a white noise generator in my room plus I'm used to road noise. If you prefer a quieter room definitely request away from the elevator plus a room on the non-interstate side.

Breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable and I felt very safe.

The only complaint was the grab bar in the shower, it was very dirty/moldy where it was attached to the shower. Other than that, our stay was great!

Very Clean with a good selection of options for breakfast. From omlettes to cereal. Everything was neat and clean and the staff was friendly.

We purchase three snacks when we checked in. Cost $9.00. When we went to eat them they were stale. Checked expiration date and it was that day.

Loved that the location was easy to get to from interstate.

We could hear the traffic during the night. The white noise machine did help though.

Breakfast was fine, we wanted to be close to the interstate so location was great. Sometimes close to the interstate is not so great but I was very pleased with my stay.
