The location is near to all the tourist attractions and is located in the downtown Ottawa. It’s very clean and well maintained

Nothing much except no free parking

It was, a great room with a washer and dryer included, didn't expect that. Kitchenette was well shocked and clean. Living room/kitchen/dining room as very comfortable and spacious. The bedroom had a King sized bed that was comfortable with extra bedding. Bathroom was large, well stocked and clean. Security was top rate, you needed your code for the front door, elevator and room. The front desk was staffed and friendly. It is a great location close to every downtown even a grocery store.

The room 418 was next to a large air conditioner unit outside on the roof and I mean large, you were looking at it 3 feet from the window in both the bedroom and living room. The unit could be really loud as it cycled through its settings. If you are a light sleeper this is not the room for you. They supplied ear plugs and said they were for city noise. The funny thing is it would have been dead quiet if not for the jet engine outside.

The location of the hotel-downtown and within walking to almost everything. The accessibility of all the Ubers we took-wait was only a minute or two each time. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and looked to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Always a smile and genuine.The kitchen area had everything we needed for a stay. Full size fridge, over the stove microwave, ceramic top stove, oven and dishwasher.Ice cube trays were provided. Minimalist furniture and decor but that is the style of the hotel. We liked that there was luggage storage available before and after check in with room for very large suitcases. We didn’t need the use of housekeeping but there was an Essentials cupboard in the main lobby for all the things one might run out of. Elevators were fast and there were 4 to accommodate all the guests-plenty for the size of the hotel. The hotel felt very safe for our entire stay.

A metal pizza pan and larger mugs would be a good addition to the kitchen. With so many very soft pillows provided a recommendation would be to have some firmer ones available as a choice in the room.

Loved the easy entry and the size of the apartment. Like coming home! Very clean, modern and with everything you need! Plus, I forgot something in the lobby and the chat folks were very helpful tracking it down...

There was a drilling noise on Thursday and Friday. Thursday's drilling began at 7:45am, which ruined my rare sleep in. I understand that the hotel was under construction, but waiting till 8:30 would have been appreciated. Also, I was looking forward to working out, but one treadmill was not working and there were no free weights (like in the photos). Perhaps a refresh of the gym is needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-designed, making it both comfortable and practical. The hotel’s location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and amenities. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay

I have stayed at this hotel before, but this time I encountered a few issues. The windows do not block outside noise well, so it was quite loud in the room. Additionally, I had trouble adjusting the room temperature—it was either too hot or too cold, and I couldn’t find a comfortable setting. Another inconvenience was the key system. While the Bluetooth key worked in the elevator, it did not unlock my room door, so I had to manually enter the code every time. I hope these issues can be improved in the future.

Remarkably quiet room for a downtown location. Excellent layout for Bedroom, Bathroom, and Kitchen. Staff was very, very friendly and responsive. Laundry Room was a blessing for a family that walked to Parliament Hill and other locations in summer weather. The Sonder App was very useful.

Advise that families with a large SUV to arrange for other parking, as the location is really geared for a previous era of motor vehicles (sedans, station wagons, and/or mid sized mini-vans). Neighborhood appears to be recovering slowly from COVID lock downs, so there will be a bit of a hike for groceries and/or decent sit down restaurants. Also be prepared to deal with a noticeable homeless population.

This property is close to Parliament Hill and main Ottawa features. Easily Walkable. Easy to get in and out of the building/ unit with pass code. Parking is extra$$$ but has in and out privileges so it cost about the same as the total of parking for a day in Toronto Bed was fabulous. Lots of Pillows.Very stylish. Looks like a model suite. Kitchen was well appointed and super clean and pretty. The bathroom even had a soaker tub which is unusual in a hotel. The view was terrible but I did not care and the windows open which is great. The room was huge and good for guests visiting. I was very impressed and will stay here again. I have been going back and forth to Ottawa to visit family for years and I wish I had considered this place sooner. I was a little nervous about the pad entry system and their minimal front dest situation but it never was an issue. I forgot to check out the gym so no notes on that. Garage work goes on during the day so not great for day time sleepers if you are sensitive to sound.

Tricky to find parking when checking in but that could be me. Garage sounds during the morning.

Location was excellent and the facilities were what I expected from a Sonder hotel. Room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The onsite parking was difficult. We couldn't find a spot because of the construction. When we arrived there were 4 cars in front of us and none of us were able to get a spot. We had to pay to get in and then we needed to speak to the parking attendant to request a refund for the charge on the credit card. The staff were able to help me find a parking garage that was close by. I didn't even use my car because everything was in walking distance.

Building was very quiet. Staff is excellent. The apartment was nice (very clean) with all the amenities of a nice hotel plus lots of space to spread out. The bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to tourist areas and Parliament. The apartment size kitchen with kettle, dishes, and a full-size coffee maker was a nice surprise.

Check-in: It's online only and the verification process was more complicated than it needed to be. The booking was made by my company and the online verification process could not handle the different information for the booking vs. the person staying in the room without a lot of coordination. Comfort: The Roku TV does not have any volume control (weird but true). The automatic volume was so loud I could not use the TV for more than a minute or two. The Wi-Fi was limited for streaming on a personal device. Location: The entrance is on a not-so-pretty side street that's alongside seedier shops and empty lots. I'm a city person and dealt with it, but it was not most comfortable place to walk at night or to find amenities for the kitchen like drinks, snacks, breakfast stuff, etc.

Location excellent for walking the city and for access to good public transport to go further afield. (Free for Seniors Wednesday and Sunday). Well equipped for cooking ‘at home’, close to good restaurants either vegan or with good vegan options. Supermarket close by (farm boy) with good range of cuisines and fantastic vegan range. Washing machine and tumble drier useful after being on the road for over a week. Bed was exceptionally confortable (maybe on the firm side but suited us). Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Very interesting city, much more laid back than Toronto (which we love!)
