No housekeeping that first night. Have to get fresh towels from the desk. She came on the second day and was very nice and did a great job

Bartender made my old-fashioned with a ton of simple syrup! Had to buy another neat whiskey just to offset the sweetness. She's not very friendly and didn't understand my simple questions. Bed could stand to be updated.

the pool was very warm and the hot tub felt wonderful … Housekeeping was very nice and the lady serving the breakfast and lunch bar was very nice.

when i booked the room on Bookit i signed up for the free Breakfast and of course I paid extra but only 2 adults and kids under 12 get to either pick two cold or one hot item and my Children where 16&14 my other room i booked for my brothers family i did the same thing and only 2 ppl ate it should have posted something about those rules on the website before I choose that option so we still had to leave and get other Children food .

Was clean quite comfortable and wasn’t far from any shopping. We had to pull over for the night unexpectedly, & with work the next day. Small shopping area on top of the hill from the hotel. Had a really good stay. Woke up refreshed.

The onsite Bistro was great - and especially since both breakfast and dinner was available eat-in or pick-up.

The Lighting in the bathroom - at the sink vanity was poor and too yellow in color temperature.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. My room was clean and well organized.

The decision to move away from the buffet breakfast seemed to upset several other guests. It seems like a deterrent rather than a true measure to enhance the experience.

The front staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The food in the little bistro was delicious and definitely a great deal if you went with the daily special.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Having a pullout desk and office chair were a plus. The pool, gym, and laundry facilities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within a short walk from shops and restaurants.

Our initial room at the hotel had a balcony that overlooked the highway. The balcony didn´t have any chairs or a table, making it unusable for us. And the highway was a bit noisy. The receptionist gave us a different room on the other side of the hotel, which was much quieter.

The room was spacious but the balcony really set it off. Also loved the soaps

The key card sometimes didnt want to work the breakfast was okay but not my favorite

Everyone was nice and everything we needed was on location food and drinks . Very nice not to have to go find a place after driving 11 hours
